Way overcharged to snake the drain. Removed the toilet but did not put it back on correctly so there is constantly water leaking out all over my bathroom floor now. Wanted to charge us $4,200 to rip up floors and break through the foundation to fix a pipe. Ended up going with someone else who fixed it from the outside and never had to touch anything inside. Both of the people that came out were kind, but overall very frustrating experience. Paid $600 to be left with even more problems than we started with.

Showed up on time fixed everything great and was fast. Everything is working as it should.

This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

It's so easy to do the right thing and do good business because then you have job security. I would have raved to 10 people if we were treated fairly but he was absolutely rude and obscene. Put fear in us due to a possible future backup into the house which had not occurred, so we Installed his lift pump for hefty price, it was a used pump, not fresh out of the box. He cut the electric to the siren/emergency light which we did not know til weeks later. Used young apprentices to do the work while he cursed and argued with me because I had questions about the horsepower & brand-name and grinder capacity. He does not like a female questioning him. We called a few days later because we had a question and also did not get a receipt. Left several messages. Texted and e-mailed. Never contacted us. My contractor finally caught him off guard to ask questions on my behalf and he picked up the phone only to argue with my contractor and blame us for the pump not working! Stay FAR away. Had to replace the pump he put in weeks later and when it was pulled out it had no Grinder on it at all! He duped us. He never even pumped out any of the old sludge before dropping his pump in.

Called Rooto-Rooter due to my high water alarm on my sump pump going off. They were the only company I called thay was able to get a technician out to me in less than an hour (called 6 others, 4 day wait at minimum).The technician, Rich, arrived quickly. He was very professional and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted a fair price, and got to work right away. Rich went above and beyond fixing the pump, and even gave the sump a through cleaning. He also gave me tips on how to prevent this issue in the future. Honestly, I will be calling Roto-Rooter again whenever I have a plumbing issue because of Rich’s quality of work and positive attitude.Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. It is hard to find quality, honest, hardworking folks these days, and I am happy to know I can call Roto-Rooter and ask for Rich and get trustworthy quality service when needed.10/10 for Rich.
