Best Replace Gas Water Heater in Jacksonville FL

Mr Rooter's plumber arrived on time, evaluated the issue and explained what services could be performed to resolve the problem. We discussed the cost of these services and came to agreement. He went and picked up my replacement toilet selection, removed the old toilet and put in the new one, cleaned up the floor, and hauled away the old toilet. The work was quick, he was courteous and professional, and the results were quite satisfactory. I would definitely call Mr Rooter again for help with plumbing issues.

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. When I asked about price I was told they don't do that over the phone, I can respect that. I asked about coming out today and the lady told me it would be an extra charge to come out to assess, I mentioned I thought that was alot for just showing up to assess and she got rude and said it is 4:30 in the afternoon sir. I tried speaking and she kept overtalking me. I did raise my voice trying to get a word in but she wouldn't stop, so I just said I would call someone else and hung up.

Hot water heater went out. Contacted home warranty service and they use theses folks. After 4 hours they contacted me and told me it would be a week before they could come out. I told them to go pound sand and called the home warranty service back. They are going to drop them. The guy who contacted me was rude and acted as if he didn’t care. There’s too many plumbers out there to waste your time with theses folks. I had to give them one star but hey deserve a zero.
