Buddy & Alex came out each morning right on time and got to work. Renee, David & Buddy did an excellent job on the exchange of old cast iron piping with PVC piping while my husband & I was cruising on Royal Carribean Wonders of the Seas which took so much pressure off us. What a way to go guys!! Thanks you so much!!

One of the best in the business! Renee is great with her customer service and she gets the job done. The techs are very savvy and experienced. We at Lighthouse property management use them on a day to day and love the work they do. I have been in property management for over 13 years and I have yet to meet a team like this. We were experiencing problems with slow drains, thinking the replacement pump in our septic system wasn't working. After the septic company ruled that out, I called Pipe Right, and they were kind enough to schedule me for the next day. David and Trevor came out and were able to find the problem (cracked main pipe) in a matter of minutes. They did a great deal of dirty work in a matter of hours, and our system is back draining like a champ. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The price was right in line with what I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to do additional work in the future.

David and his son, came out to our home so help us with our well pump, they made our day.We bought a house without noticing that had a well, we were really concerned because we thought our well wasn’t working, we reach out to them. Made an appointment, and they got there… on time. They were so professional, had an amazing attitude and ready to get the work done.By the end the left us with the well working 100%.We couldn’t be happier.

We had an emergency plumbing issue. Renee kept in contact with me & the plumber she sent was early & very professional. He showed me what the problem was & got it fixed quickly & correct. Will highly recommend & if I have another plumbing issue in the future they will be my first call.

I received such great service from Pipe Right Plumbing. I called and they came out same day. They inspected our sewer lines with a camera and discovered the severe issues. David and his staff were professional, friendly, thorough, and completed the job on time. Our sewer system can now handle our 9 grandkids visiting! I called the office and Renee answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the job. I would definitely recommend them for big and small jobs.

I contacted Pipe Right Plumbing to replace my 19 year old hot water heater. Renee took care of the scheduling. She was very friendly and professional.The two guys that came out to change out the hot water heater were on time (which is almost unheard of these days) and professional. They replaced my old hot water heater in no time. After they left, you could not tell anyone was even there. No mess left behind whatsoever. I did not even realize how bad my original hot water was until I had the new one installed. I am thankful for Pipe Right Plumbing and all who work there. Fast, professional, and friendly. I will definitely recommend them at any time.

I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Renee, and the guys that work for PipeRight!! Years of very courteous, knowledgeable, and quick responses every time I need a drain unclogged. Unprofessional.Ridiculous charges.I will never recommend this company.Firstly, they unclogged a tub but then flushed the clog down the toilet. Hello!?Then the crew member left urine on the toilet and didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom, grossly unprofessional.The worst part?$125 charge for less than 10 minutes worth of work with a drain snake AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE WORK NOR GET MY SIGNATURE ON ANY INVOICE.

I realized I had a leak somewhere between my kitchen and dining room when my laminate flooring started turning colors. I called Pipe Right and the owner David Hamm came out within the hour. He located the leak quickly, wrote up an quote for me and had his crew out to my house within 48 hours (quickest and most convenient for me). Alex and Kurt did an excellent job, they were friendly and professional! Thank you David, Alex and Kurt for a job well done!

David was awesome he fixed the TPR valve on my water heater. He was professional, quick and didn't try to sell me anything else. Also the receptionist Rene, is awesome. She recommended an A/C guy that was way better than a big name company i had worked with a few days earlier. I recommend them to anyone.

Whoever handles the phone calls and customer service aspect is not the nicest. Very abrasive and does not seem concerned with the customers issues. From the moment I contacted them in regards to repairs they made on a house before we purchased it and from the beginning of our conversation they were constantly insisting there was no way they were the cause for the leak. She explained several times how someone could’ve ran over it and there was a lot of construction going on at the house so I needed to be aware that it’s could end up not being covered under their warranty. Luckily the gentleman they sent out, after making it seem like they were gonna be too busy to make it to my house in a timely manner, was very kind and professional and explained how the issue was fixed and it was in fact covered under warranty. I explained the the woman on the phone how I have 1600 dollars in JEA charges on my account and she still seems very uninterested in helping provide the documents ASAP so I can dispute the charges. After explaining to her jea advised me to email them a copy ASAP and just to provide the original documents whenever I received them she proceeds to tell me they can’t email them until tomorrow... definitely will not be returning for services from them. Like I said. The actual plumber they sent out was very professional and kind... the only reason for my review is to hopefully have some customer service improvements for future customers.

Do not recommend doing business with this company. Hired them to inspect the toilets that were slow. They claimed to do repairs, but nothing changed. Never got an invoice, but a lien notice instead (1 week later). They claimed they call us everyday, but no calls on our caller id or vm from their number. The person in customer service was very disrespectful. The invoice doesn’t itemized the charges, which by the way were outrageous for an inspection. Very unpleasant experience.

AMAZING company, literally saved me so much headache and did a repipe and resewer at 22K less than the major plumbing companies in town that price gouge. Family company and great quality work. Use them and no need to overspend!!

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I called them to do a health check of my plumbing in an older building where several drains were slow and one toilet was particularly not getting enough flush pressure. Unfortunately I could not be there but when I was able to inspect the “work” noticed zero improvement. I never received any communication from them until I and my fiancé receive a correspondence in separate letters less than one week later with $150 Bill with a handwritten note “None payment on property- notice of intent to lein on property”.Besides the obvious mistakes in grammar and spelling, imagine the audacity of treating a customer like this after 7 days of “past due” status.I call the woman Rene who said she had been calling me every day that week. I checked my caller ID and not one call from her number.This is a joke of a company so buyer beware.

The manager came to our place named David and he arrived at 7am without a heads up. Next he proceeded to go and fill up the sink with water so he can snake up on the roof and see if it drains. Now before Dave even visited our sink didn't drain fast enough it was slow. But after his visit no more draining. And he charged us 136$ for his b.s service. Terrible service will not use or recommend.

A week ago my insurance company sent out Kimball plumbing to fix a water line leak in my ceiling from a rodent or rodents. Four days later, another leak occurred in my ceiling at a different spot in my house. Pipe Right was referred to me by my daughter’s contractor. Pipe Right fixed the leak, checked all the water lines up there for additional chew marks. They found several more, even the area Kimball plumbing failed to notice. There was also a small pin hole leak in the first area, that was supposedly fixed, which was still causing unseen damage. Pipe Right was very thorough and made sure all leaks were fixed. I wouldn’t call anyone else but Pipe Right Plumbing!

Pipe right did a great job on my wall leak. David and Buddy were top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing need. There were fast and courteous and the charge a fair price.

Very quick to reply with a clogged sink problem, and took care of it at a good price. Their office staff is polite and always available by phone. Highly recommend for your plumbing issues!

I called to have my sink unclogged and they were out that same afternoon. They had my sink unclogged in a matter of minutes and also replaced the hose access point on the outside of my house. Would use them again!!!!!

The best job ever! Ran a ice maker line and did a great job at the best price. Best price and the guys they sent were awesome. Highly recommend.

They did a awesome job replacing a t-splice on a polybutlyen line I have in my home, I was hesitant about going with another company but so so glad I did, will continue to use this company for future issues and projects, Renee was awesome an sounded like an actual person who cared about setting up a appointment to get work done and not just getting money in the bank

Ran off the road in a school zone by a pipe right plumber. And then proceeds to give me and my kids the middle finger. Refused to pull over and discuss the issue. Will be looking for said driver At the office!

Great, literally spend 15 minutes under my sink and the problem was fixed lol i did have to wait a day or two because they are so busy but i imagine thats because of the fast service
And the sink is fixed!
