We had an unexpected emergency on a Sunday and were getting ready to leave town for vacation, and a friend recommended Turner. I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job.

They are very dependable, does outstanding service, and are kind. They also have very reasonable prices and quick to get jobs done.

Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldn't. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

Excellent service. Eddie replaced two toilets in my apartment. He was very friendly and professional. Arrived earlier than expected and made sure to call ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.

Aldridge & Sons are life savers. When our water heater died two days ago, they sent someone out to our house within a couple of hours.
They are honest, responsive and fair. Highly recommend

Promised that he will install, but after removing the old one, they didn't know what they were doing, got lost. and we were charged for their unknown knowledge in installation. it was a joke.

The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

Great, literally spend 15 minutes under my sink and the problem was fixed lol i did have to wait a day or two because they are so busy but i imagine thats because of the fast service
And the sink is fixed!

Steven just saved us $$$ and weeks worth of renovations!! We were told that our entire house needed to be replumbed and that it would be at least 1 week before the company could start on the job. Steven came promptly after being contacted, immediately started on the repair and actually finished the job in a matter of hours. Best of all - I couldn’t even tell that he had been here when he left! There was no mess to clean, no walls or flooring destroyed, nothing!! He was an absolute blessing and we could not be happier with his prompt and professional work!

Brandon came out, was very professional and very respectful. Never used Fenwick before, but just based on Brandon, will be calling Fenwick for any other needs i may have and will highly recommend them to my friends!

Electrical work: install whole-house surge protection, repair ceiling light fixture, repair exterior junction box for tankless water heater, install three pendant lights above kitchen island.

Arranged with Home Depot to install water heater. Installation price was an additional $1200. Found cheaper installer and was told to get an invoice and they would match it +10%. Sent invoice and they would not match it and used a lame excuse that it was not detail enough. Invoice specified water heater model and all parts to install. This took several calls and too much time on hold. After not hearing back, I told them I am cancelling appointment becasue I don't want them to show up and pay over $500 more than competitor.
