Best Gas Water Heater in Jacksonville FL

Late on Friday the kitchen drain became clogged (after hours) so I reached out to three companies and the only one to respond was Mr. Rooter. I booked them for first thing that Monday and also had them install a new faucet. They came in did the job and cleaned up after they were finished and the new faucet looks and works great and my drain is clear.

Buz Turner and the professional craftsman in his organization are outstanding. During the passed few years, Buz and Turner Plumbing, have remodeled 2 of our bathrooms, installed a Pelican water system and numerous fixtures, tile, cabinets, and lighting projects. Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.

Our toilet got clogged on a Friday night. After calling several local plumbers and being told none of them were available, we came across Aldredge & Sons. Not only did they come out within a couple hours, they told us about a coupon on their website we could use. They were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again if we have a plumbing problem!

Someone from this company stole an orange fan from me. When I called the company they made it clear that I was just out of luck, basically took me for a joke, because their guys denied it but yet they were the last people in the house. I wouldn’t call them if my home was flooded knowing the thieves who work there have no honor and obviously neither does their front office. If you do happen to let them do a service watch them because one of their crews are thieves.

Jason was on time, professional and pleasant to deal with. I called and received immediate response requesting details on my issue. A timeframe was set and Jason showed up timely, ready to work, and he fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Kingdom Based Plumbing again.

Unprofessional.Ridiculous charges.I will never recommend this company.Firstly, they unclogged a tub but then flushed the clog down the toilet. Hello!?Then the crew member left urine on the toilet and didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom, grossly unprofessional.The worst part?$125 charge for less than 10 minutes worth of work with a drain snake AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE WORK NOR GET MY SIGNATURE ON ANY INVOICE.
