James was very competent, friendly and explained things well. Great tech. Our sewer plugged in the evening with visitors at home so we were in a panic to get it fixed. We knew of Roto Rooter so called them and they dispatched James in about an hour. Two hours later problem fixed. However I have to say $600 for a two hour job seemed excessive. I feel they sort of pray on people in a panic. I am sure James gets a small percentage of this for all his hard work. May have been a lower cost option but with no toilets working late in evening we had limited options. I really feel bad for those who can not afford this type of service. The price is explained in advance and is a set price by Roto Rooter company. You can deny service for no cost but when all toilets are not working what good option do you have at that point.

I am totally please with this company from the customer service making the phone call to the actual service that was provided. Josh and the the other tech that was with him I apologize I did not get his name but they where on time and completely the job quickly with no issues. These guys will only get my business and I will be letting my friends and family know to call you all for there service needs. Thank you

I had an old pipe in my garage that was over 40 yrs old that needed replacing that leaked up under my garage slab and and needed an estimate and after calling around and I called Rolland Reash Plumbing and they gave me an estimate that was reasonable and I talked to Joe Pesch and they came last Friday 5/19 and removed a small area of our garage floor and replaced the old galvanized pipe with new PVC pipe and poured the concrete in that area and after they came back on Monday 5/22, Sean Kay was the tech that finished up and put our sink back and hooked everything back and I spoke with him about placing a new faucet .and he was able to do so. When we went out to see what was done, it was very clean and we have not had another leak. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend your company to others.

Really appreciated the two personable young men who came to fix my bathroom sink plumbing and install my new vanity. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were fast, efficient, professional and paid attention to details. Did a great job cleaning up. Now I can complete my bathroom renovation. I will only use Letto Plumbing from now on. Efficient & reasonably priced. Couldn’t be more pleased. ??

They were prompt, courteous and professional. They arrived with all the needed materials and tools, they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves when they left.

They brought two people to figure out the box for our water sprinkler system was broken. Took 2 hours to figure this out. Since they brought two people, one was here because he wanted to learn, they charged me for 4 hours. Totaled $461. If get work done from them make sure you only get one technician. It was a quarter of what it cost to put in a whole new sprinkler system.

Kyle answered the phone and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Pete (master plumber) was extremely knowledgable and friendly! Got the job done and more. My kitchen sink was clogged up so he not only fixed that but found a leak in the garbage disposal and also found that is was loose.This is my go to for plumbing now and overall a great experience.

I called “All Hours” the other evening but didn’t get an answer. Apparently they don’t answer the phone at “all hours « .I called today and was put on hold for an extended period of time. The lady that answered the phone was very polite but said it would be 89 dollars for someone to look at the problem and give me an estimate.

Run!!!! If you're thinking of hiring this company!! We hired them and the damages and mess they left behind was TERRIBLE!!! The Owner will not admit to fault nor reimburse us for the damages they've done. The tech that came out to do the work brought a helper with him. And the mess they made was horrible. The helper even admired my home yet he disrespected it by damaging door frames, leaving some kind of marks on my blinds, doors and walls. That will not come off!! They even left a dirty hand print! Wanna bet if I had one of them place their hand on it, it would match! And I had just painted that room! One of the marks the helper made on the door frame we all know he did!!! Me, my husband and both employees saw him bang into the wall with the bottom of the machine!! The tech even told him to be more careful and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. They also didn't cut down the bolts on 2 toilets, so they sent the same tech back out, had him cut them down and put the caps on. He also took pictures with his cell phone to show the Owner because that's what the Owner wanted and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. When the tech came out he asked us not to hold this against the company. The tech also said that now he could fire his helper because he was tired of him damaging things. The helper is suppose to look around and clean up and the tech admitted that he didn't look over the job to make sure nothing was ruined. Again, not the Owners responsibility!! I will NEVER deal with this company again and I will make sure my friends don't use them either. They were recommended to us by another plumber we've used, his number is getting trashed too!! Next time Roto Rooter will be used. Also, I was a bit surprised when this company only accepted CASH or CHECK, hmmm!

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.
