Best Water Heater Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

For some strange reason, we could not get hot water to dispense from our guest tub—only cold. I called Monday @830 and they had appointments as early as 9-1, same day! Jimmy came on time, was extremely personable, diagnosed the issue in 30 seconds, and repaired within 30 minutes! Very impressed! Will use David Gray again if, God forbid, anything else happens!

Allonzo did a great job, arrived on time, and promptly fixed our clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher. Our 15 month old son wanted to hangout with him the whole time and he was great with him too! Great work. If you want a professional to come get the job done right and guarantee their work, then use roto rooter. Highly recommend.

From my first phone message to the office until the completion of the project the entire experience was handled very courteously, efficiently, and professionally.Brydon arrived almost @ 12:15. We were scheduled in the 12-5 PM range.He immediately evaluated the situation, explained options, proceeded to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet assembly. He sent me a picture of the system before he purchased it to be sure it was what we wanted. He returned from HD in less than an hour. He replaced the faucet and our ballroom was functional in barely 2 hours from start to finish, including the trip to HD for the system by Moen that I requested.While completing the installation he discovered a dysfunctional water valve and subsequently repaired this also.Brydon provided stellar service. I would highly recommend and request him again for other plumbing situations.Additionally, I requested no doorbell ringing or knocking. My request was honored and we were notified by phone when Brydon arrived.I truly believe this was the best service experience I have had in quite a long a longtime.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

Don't even call this company. only thing they care is your money. They charge for running their snake machine 1time over $500. it's ridiculous I have been dealing with other plumbers several time before average price were below $300. They don't give price on the phone. never call them.

Called for an emergency water main repair and they were out shortly after I called to fix the problem. The guys were honest and had me up and running in about an hour. Couldn't be happier!

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. Highly recommend.

Truck number 08 needs to have his driver's license pulled. Driving 90 mph on I95 pushing us out of the way. Especially with the business name on the side. Then was playing kat and mouse when he noticed I was calling on him. No response from office. You guys need to watch this guy he is going to cause a bad accident and maybe hurt someone. U have been notified of his driving it is up to you.

You do not want to work for this company of your looking for a job they're much better paying places and they don't have benefits for their employees

I have used Kimball multiple times. They are always on time. Their prices are always lower than other companies. They're professional and always answer the phone. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Ronald Ayers with Metro-Rooter was such a help to us! We had very bad plumbing issues and he worked very hard to make sure that everything was cleared out and usable again. He was courteous and kind, he explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it for us. He went above and beyond to help us and I could not be more grateful.
