The service was professional from beginning to end. My call was immediately taken. I could hear the customer rep inputting my info of issues in the computer. I called at noon and I was scheduled the same day. I was very happy about that. I had called another plumbing company and they could not even give me a date. Said they were backed up. Mr. Junon was on time and fixed all my issues in record time. I am very pleased and glad he was able to take care of my plumbing issues. Now I know which plumbing company to call when I need immediate and quality service.

We have had Bill Fenwick Plumbing out to do several jobs in our home, from drain cleaning, toilet repair, to garbage disposal and faucet installation. They are our go to for any type of plumbing repair, service or installation in our home. They are not the cheapest, but the work they do is stellar and is done correctly and professionally. I know when I call them out to do something in my home, they stand behind their work and it will not need to be done again.Earlier this year, our garbage disposal ate itself one evening. Before that, my kitchen sink never drained properly from the date our home was built in 2013 . We called Fenwick out to install a new one. When they got there, they discovered that the pipes under my sink were not installed properly and fixed that in addition to installing a new disposal. Since then, my sink has drained properly and the disposal works flawlesslyOn this most recent visit to install a new kitchen faucet, Nick with Fenwick was amazing! I have two dogs who were barking in another room when he arrived. I asked if he minded if I let them out and he was fine with that. He did a fantastic job removing and then installing my new kitchen faucet, including cleaning up where the prior deck plate had been. By the time he was finished, I think my dogs liked him better than they liked me! :) I would have Nick and everyone else at Fenwick work on anything in my home again! He was kind, very professional and did a superb job!

AJ and Rodney came out to pump our septic tank. They were so much fun! My 7 year old watched them and they were very personable. They did a great job and answered all my questions. My neighbor ended up coming over and they pumped his tank as well! I highly recommend this company. I left a message in their website at 9pm (it wasn’t an emergency) and they called me at 7am and were able to come over the next day. Other places never called me or had a very long waiting time. They are also opened 24 hours. Great team! We will use them again!

I have used Drew Hartmann Plumbing for 20 years and have always had wonderful experiences.Drew and his team are on time, professional, polite and do fantastic work. They’re also very patient and answer all my questions (even the dumb ones). I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DWV plumbing to anybody.
