Best Water Heater in Jacksonville FL

Response was quick, on time, and professional. This service was provided to a rental home I have in the Jacksonville Florida area. My tenant was very impressed with interactions they had with Jimmy, and noted how clean he left everything once he was finished.

I hired a handyman to install a new toilet. After 3 attempts over 2 weeks to seat the toilet, it continued to leak, and he quit responding to my texts. I went to AngiesList to search for a plumber. I selected Everybodys Plumbing Company primarily because it had an A rating and was nearby on the Westside. I received a reasonable estimate from Jerry and an appointment was scheduled. He determined the flange was cracked and some bolts had been assembled incorrectly. He fixed the problem and left. The next day I noticed some additional water, but it didn’t seem to be coming from underneath. I contacted Jerry and he came out again that afternoon. He quickly determined there was additional leaking between the back of the toilet and the base. He separated the two parts and found the seal was put on incorrectly. He re-manipulated the seal into its’ octagonal shape, reinstalled it, and reattached the back to the base. He also cleaned out the fill valve that had collected some debris causing the toilet to fill slowly. I was half-anticipating there would be an additional charge because the problems were not related and he made an extra trip. What I got was an apology from Jerry that he didn’t see the problem on his 1st trip. That’s refreshing. If you need an experienced plumber, someone dedicated to doing the job right, call or text Jerry.

KEITH is awesome. He came out and fixed a problem in 3 minutes that i have been dealing with for 10 months. 3 other plumbing companies came out and couldn't fix it or didn't know what was going on.

I am NOT the Sharon person that cannot be satisfied, but they are absolute trash. Poor communication and information management, inability to meet expectations, weekend price gouging, and moral questionability. They were bought out by corporate and this has been the quintessential 2022 business dealings - terrible flow of information with higher prices. Just a horrid experience.

Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

Michael and his assist provided excellent customer service when they came to quote a water softener installation. While there, they were able to troubleshoot and fix the hot water to my shower. D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty.
