Roto Rooter is efficient and fast to respond. They have the equipment to do the job. My only wish is that they were not so expensive. They cost more than my regular plumber, so I don't always call them, knowing it will be more money.

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

I am exceptionally grateful to Ross and his apprentice for saving the day ! Our toilet blocked again (never a good thing but especially not on a Friday before Christmas week! ) and they arrived within a few hours and quickly sorted out the problem . Ross is very professional and incredibley knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to avoid the issue in the future ! I would highly recommend this company and especially Ross!

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Advantage plumbing has always done a great job for me. They do the job right, they are always there when they say they will be, and they don’t milk the clock trying to get more money. I found these guys via a friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. With the old guys my bill was always high and the work was always questionable. Just had Brenton and his helper stop by the other day to fix a broken pipe caused by my siding guy. He was in and out in an hour, explained what he was doing and why, and gave me some suggestions to help combat any potential water damage... He even talked a little Jaguar football. It is an awesome feeling when you have a plumber you know you can trust and we’ve found that with Advantage, I wish we could do the same with a handyman...

Needed some plumbing work yesterday and called Steven. He came out the same day and did a great job for us again. We used him before when we moved to NE Florida to install our whole house water softener and filtered water lines on our 2 refrigerators. Very reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

We have been using Bert Normans Plumbing since buying an older home in Fernandina Beach in 2013. We have found everyone at the company to be courteous, efficient, and professional through the original upgrade of plumbing in our 1959 house and any other plumbing issues that have occurred since. Just last week there was a problem with the well for our irrigation system and we were very pleased to once more rely on the great service of Bert Normans Plumbing.

Craig Berger came out to our house within an hour and assessed our situation, even used his tools and some labor to really find the issue with no charge. Gave plenty of suggestions on how we can get the work done. He was very helpful and understanding.

Called to get my toilet fixed. The person on the phone said I would get a free estimate and then the plumber would tell me how much it would cost to repair. The plumber showed up and looked at the toilet. He moved the chain down and changed the flapper that my boyfriend already had changed 4 days prior. He was here 20 min. When asked how much this would cost, he said I don't know and then said I would get billed from the office. I received an email with the bill and it said $145. We were not happy with this price since we had already done the same thing the plumber did days prior. Also, did not like how we were charged that amount for 20 min of service. The plumber also didn't fix our problem. The toilet still doesn't flush properly. We wouldn't have agreed to do this fix if the person on the phone would have said it would have cost $145 just for them to come out. My boyfriend spoke to the manager and he was very rude to him. We've used this company before and did not have any issues. I was surprised the way we were treated this last time. Not happy with their customer service or how they said I would know the cost before the plumber did anything.

The handyman that did my work was Ray. He was prompt, professional and thorough. He made sure that each task was done to my satisfaction belied moving on to the next. I would recommend Honey Do and especially Ray!

This company should not be in business and it completely blows my mind that they are even classified as a working Certified plumbing contractor. They blame the supply chain, then blame the warranty company and promise they will be at your home first thing when you have an emergency claim in, a family with 2 children under 4 and no hot water now for over 7 days during a pandemic. They are not 24 hours by any stretch of that definition, don’t answer the phone, don’t call back, and are honestly a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor to do your work.

Very unprofessional and terrible service. He arrived with no mask after being told to have a mask so had to wait for him to go back to his truck to get one which he clearly did not want to put on. When he finished he said he couldn't find any leaks but when I asked him why there was moisture around the air conditioning area he pointed to my dog's water bowl which was about 5 ft away and said there's your problem That's where your water is coming from.It is a non-tip bowl which sits on several layers of protective rug!!!His name was Carlos.Don't use this company!I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

We called multiple times for an emergency. They never called. We had water shooting out. We had to call the city to turn the water off.

No customer service.They even curse you out when you are on the phone with them.That is my worst experience ever.Please, do not take any chance with that company.They will rip you off. The owner is so rude. It seems that they are the worst in town.
