Needed some help with piping coming off my main going into my house.One of the valves broke recently causing my water to run very fast into an old irrigation system.I was able to get it to closed on my own but wanted a professional to properly fix it.Five stars is for the level of service.I called last Wednesday morning. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely friendly and up front they were busy but could most likely have someone out in a day or two.That worked for me. The next day around lunchtime another employee, this time a friendly woman gave me a call and let me know she had someone available if I was free.Within 30 minutes, 2 guys showed up (again great personalities) and within 20 minutes or so handled what I needed with a high quality of craftsmanship and were done. : )

Able plumbing has done a great job each time they have come. Prices are good I think.

I have used Able Plumbing on more than one occasion and they never disappoint. They ALWAYS answer the phone, they always make time and are on time. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Most recently I used them on a remodel and I had to reschedule them 3 times due to the yahoos at Sawyer gas (never use them if you can help it) not doing what they were supposed to do first. In any case, they accommodated my schedule all three times and did it with a smile. You can't go wrong with this company!Update: I recently moved into a new home and flooded the master bath/bedroom at around 8pm. Able plumbing, as always, answered my call and was there within the hour. The best damn plumbing company I have ever used. They will always be my “go to”. Thank you Greg and William for always being there with a fantastic attitude!

Very unprofessional the so called plumber showed up with out callin,guywas very rude coming inside my home. I asked him how long will the service be and he started yelling. I told him to leave before I go off and really lose it. I called the receptionist and she was very smug and passive with his behavior. I would not recommend this family owned business to flush my toilet.

You unclogged my toilet with a $49 tool instead of through the air cut on my ranch Style roof! Take my advice and do not use this sorry liar employee who I am sure will be back by his rude self. Call Terry Vereeniging plunking in Jacksonville. This Is a copy full of liras

Go elsewhere. Called waiting after 2 days, coming after 4. Tried to call, put on hold. Her response was oh so you wanna cancel?? No I wanted you out here at an earlier time when I opened it 8.

This review is specifically for customer service, since I didn't actually end up getting any work done by Able.Our main water line into our house burst over the weekend. I was having trouble getting in touch with my home developer's warranty dept so I gave Able a call on Monday afternoon (right before they closed) to see if they handle that sort of problem. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone (but didn't catch her name unfortunately) who took my name and number down and gave me a call back that same day after working hours, discussed the problem with me, and offered to have someone come out today to look at the leak and discuss options and pricing with me. I finally got in touch with my warranty company today and they are going to cover the leak under warranty, so I gave Able a call back and let them know. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone this morning was very polite and said they would cancel the order unless I gave them a call back to re-instate.Although I didn't get any work done from Able this time, they are the first company I'll call if I have plumbing needs in the future.

Called them about a leak in my yard, they came out within two hours of calling and had it fixed in less than an hour. Will was an awesome guy, made me feel like he knows what he's doing. I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

The guy didn't want to work and left as soon as he saw one bug. The sewage problem was the reason we have any bugs so we would logically need them to fix that before we can completely get rid of the bugs. Poor timing and didn't complete one thing before leaving.

Toilet Flange Removal & Installation; Toilet installation. Adjusted toilet flange and stabilized two additional rocky toilets.Work to be performed were explained before starting. Quality, efficient, , displayed excellent customer service skills and cleaned work site upon completion. In addition, Will provided me with understandable information when I asked questions. Will took pride in his work; outstanding service. I will recommend Able Plumbing to others especially Will as the technician.

Yesterday I broke a side water pipe of my house with my mower at 12:30pm. I was able to cut off the meter until the repair was done. I called Able Plumbing Repair and at 3:00pm, I was paying for my quick repair service. Great service and quick response. Much less than I expected. I’d use their service again if needed, highly recommended.

I had a plumming issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. They said they would send someone within the hr. Their tech Greg was here in 20 mins. He was quick and polite. Cleaned up afterwards, I thought it was awesome how he put everything from under the sink right back to where it was! Thank you for fixing my sink. Affordable and quality service. Would definitely recommend.

We are in an older 80s home and the plumbing in the foundation was leaking. Hot water specifically the last time.We had entire house replumbed. We have used Able for big and small jobs. They are the BEST I've found and I have had plumbers want to jackhammer up my concrete when it wasn't necessary.Able won't insist on unnecessary jobs!

Awesome customer service. I called on a Sunday evening and got their answering service who took down all my info and told me someone would call me back. Less than 20mins later I got a call back and 20 mins after that Greg was at my house. My bathtub faucet would not stop running so I had to turn the main off from outside. I figured the cartridge had to be replaced and it did. I have the Moen model with the white cartridge and if you know about those you know they are pretty hard to remove...I'm pretty handy myself and I still couldn't do it even with the puller I bought from Home Depot. Greg removed and replaced the cartridge. Earlier that day I had tried to fix it myself and lost the key component that slides into the cartridge Greg went back to his house to see if he had the part. Needless to say he came back and had my tub fixed and water running in the house and only charged me for the hr. Absolutely AWESOME! Thank you!

I have NEVER met or delt with a more professional, hard working, intelligent, reasonably priced and down to earth plumbing company ever!!! Nick was very knowledgeable and kind and shot me straight, the young lady, Ashley I believe her name is, was also kind and just a good person. The service tech (cant remember his name but he had rad tattoos) was so awesome and helpful. I will only use and reccomend this company!! Im telling you they know what they are doing and are fairly priced. Thanks so much Able plumbing and team!!

Twice this month we've had to use their services, once for our home (which was an after hours emergency) and the other for our rental property. Fast response, quick workers, friendly office staff and most importantly affordable. Will definitely be using them for all our needs in the future!

Able plumbing told me that the earliest they could have an expert show up was at 12:30 PM when I called them at 8 AM about a main pipe burst. I was able to have the main line cut off until the short wait. The technician showed up within the minute that they told me was the earliest they could have an available truck. Problem solved!! If you need a plumber, you should give this company a call.

Not only were they completely helpful, they were more than willing to change their whole schedule around to accommodate my emergency need, which was only really an emergency due to the lack of planning on my part. They didn't hold that against me one bit and helped me. ?? I think I owe them an Easter basket. Happy Easter and thank you!

Had them fix a pvc connection leak below the kitchen sink and a leak coming from the kitchen faucet handle. They were also asked to tighten up all the faucet handles in the house. This was in March 2017. I was out of town and thus unable to supervise the work. Anyway, all the work was completed except the tightening of the kitchen faucet handle. The total cost was approximately $350, which I considered a little high, but I didn't have time to shop the price due to employment obligations. Anyway, now (July 2017) the kitchen faucet has started leaking again just like it was back in March. I called Able Plumbing thinking their March work would still be under warranty just 4 months later. I was told, nope. So anyway, take whatever advice you want from my review. Also, please be prepared to pay via cash or check. Credit card was not an option.

They came a few hours after I called, and politely and quickly repaired our shower and a leaky faucet. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the charge was. Thanks, next time we have a plumbing problem we’ll be in touch!

Awesome customer service. Def recommend this company. Greg and his helper knew what they were doing and didnt hesitate to get the job done quickly and with a very reasonable price.

These guys were great! They came out same day in our time of need and fixed our issue in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend!

I called this morning (Sunday) about 8:00. They gave me a quote for $225.00 because they have to do the work from the roof. A young guy came in at about 10:30, but for safety reason did not get to the roof (I 'm glad he did not get on the roof). He did the work from under the kitchen sink. After the problem was solved he only charged me $180.00.

I called before five PM and they were here in about 15 minutes and was finished in around a half hour. The staff and the technician were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all of your friends.

My water heater started leaking, I panicked! From 1st phone call to them coming & replacing it was easy, fast & everyone was so nice. I highly recommend them.

We called multiple times for an emergency. They never called. We had water shooting out. We had to call the city to turn the water off.

Made an appointment. Plumber never called. Thus, called the company for a status of estimated arrival time. Response: The plumber was just finishing a job and is on the way. 4 hours later.. Still no plumber. Called again. They acted as if they had no clue but a plumber was on the way. An hour later, I called back to cancel because it was getting late and starting to sprinkle outside. The lady said ok and hung up like she could care less. Wasted a day waiting...

I made an appt. for an estimate on a water softener install with complete piping and they never showed up. I called them later in the day and the man said oh we are too busy you'll have to wait. GOODBYE!!! NO 2nd chances from me.
