I don't recommend a company that wastes my time. I asked them for an estimate on a retrofit shower installation and a clogged line. They wanted me to send the an email with photos so they could assess the costs. I sent the information ... twice and never heard back from them despite repeated emails. If you can't take the time to answer my questions I can only take the time to post negative feedback on social media.Use Turner Plumbing or Terry Vereen Plumbing. Much more responsive.

Dallas came out after 9:00pm when our pipes were clogged and got us back up and running quickly. Very helpful.

Jerry fixed my broken hot water line and even installed my new bathroom faucet (which I was attempting to do when the water line broke). The 35 year old water pipe was so brittle that when he tried to hook up my cold water line it broke too!! So he replaced that as well. His first words after the cold water line broke were that would have happened 5 minutes after I left if I didn't hook this up for you, and he is right.After not having water for 2 days over the weekend, Jerry had me up and running in less than 2 hours with new lines and a new bathroom faucet! If you want your problem solved call Jerry. I did, and I'm sure glad I did.He also thanked me for my service 3 times while he was at the house. I'm no war hero but he made me seem like one.Bottom line: good guy, good service, and good price. Glad I called Jerry!!

This is a wonderful company. Everyone we encountered has been helpful and professional. Jason and Connor did a great job in our home and were very neat, answered all our questions, and completed the job on time. We will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had Terry Vereen plumbing come to do work twice during my kitchen remodel; once to disconnect the sink/disposal and then again to hook it back up. It was like having two different companies between the 2 visitsFirst off I have no complaints about the workmanship. Everything was fixed and works as expected. I do have an issue with the installer, Adam, who came to do the disconnect. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth with the level of un-professionalism. During the middle of the disconnect he stepped outside for almost 10 minutes to take a phone call. Then, when it came time to write up the bill, I actually had to go check on what was taking so long because he sat for almost 15 minutes out in the van writing up the ticket. Apparently, he counted that as time worked because I timed the visit from the time he walked in to the time he walked out to write up the ticket. This guy conveniently rounded down on the time he arrived (almost 15 minutes before he actually did) and rounded up on the time worked (he stepped out the door at 8:25 but I got charged for 8:45 while he took his sweet time to write the ticket). I even brought this to his attention, but the ticket was 'already written up' and because I guess when he looked at his watch during the write up it was closer to 8:45 not 8:30 (which I'm sure was true). I can't attest to whether these things were done on purpose to squeeze me for money or just a sign of very inattentive/sloppy billing practices but there is no excuse either way.At the end of the day, I got charged for 1.5 hrs of work when the actual time worked was under an hour. That's a 50% round up! Maybe not a ton of money in the scheme of things, and probably less noticeable if it was a 3 hr job, but money is tight and every bit counts. Maybe they needed to offset my Angies list discount, who knows?To top it off, I told him he could take the old sink, I assume for salvage, but he took the disposal with it as well without even asking! I had to make a bunch of calls so they could track him down and make sure he didn't dispose of it. So, I was locked in to using Terry Vereen again for the reconnect since they had to bring back my disposal for the install. Luckily the 2nd visit was much more professional. Again, I made sure to write down the exact arrival and departure (especially after the first experience). This time they were right on the money. They seemed, quick, professional and kept things clean. There was no time spent talking on the phone or 15 minutes spent writing up the ticket (apparently it CAN be done more quickly!) So I really don't know what to think of these guys overall. Did they just have one lousy installer, or do they tell them to try and squeeze people for more money wherever possible? There's really no way to know, but I probably wouldn't take the chance using them again even with their ratings on here.

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

Their tech James came out and this is the second Ac company I have called in the last 4 days. The first told me he could find nothing wrong. James actually took the time to listen to what I was telling him. He didn't find too much issue with our ac other than the coils being disgusting. Even after he found that that was most likely our issue he still did a few more tests and found our vents were also causing an issue. He then went around the house and checked all the vents. He actually seemed as though he cares and didn't try to tell us a thousand things were wrong when they really weren't. I have a couple other companies in the past do this. Terry the lady who answered the phone was just as wonderful. She made sure I knew when we had one call ahead of us and was polite and kind on the phone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing, heating or air conditioning fixed.

McKendree scoped my sewer lines and discovered a mess under the slab, so the HOA relined and replaced the sewer and drain lines. Given the age and condition of the plumbing, I then paid (all but $600) for McKendree to also replace and re-route the water lines. They were courteous, fast, informative, and did excellent work.

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
