Best Water Leaks in Jacksonville FL

While installing a new washing machine the delivery person busted a pipe in my laundry room. I had to shut the water off at the street and call water removal experts to eradicate all the water that flowed into my home from the busted pipe. I called 4- emergency plumbers and the earliest appointment I could get was in 2-days. I called plumbers number 5-, Darleys and Pam answered the phone. She was so nice and she immediately put me at ease and promised to have a plumber at my house in 3-hours. Right on time James arrived and in a matter of minutes the pipe was repaired and we once again had running water without having to wait 2-days. James was very professional and he did z great job. Affordable Plumbing proved to be a real lifesaver when we had an emergency plumbing issue in the basement. Not only did they fix it quickly and painlessly, but their friendly servicemen even took care of tidying up afterwards – truly five-star service! I'd definitely recommend them for all your home maintenance needs.

William presented on time with good energy. He repaired an outside faucet that had been dripping for years very efficiently and helped super sleuth a leaky sink that had nothing to do with the sink itself. He was very conscientious wanting to provide the best customer service and he did an excellent job!

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

This is an amazing company. They stand behind what they do. I had a drainage issue in which my whole house was backing up in January. The problem happened again today and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently, it's the Charmin ultra soft I started using that is thicker and heavier and some smaller toilets are not strong enough to push all, mostly on just one flush. Their service people are so nice and knowledgeable. The trip today was no charge since it was nothing but TP. I highly recommend this company. Others quoted higher and weren't near as nice, quick and accommodating.

I had less than a month to move my business before my lease was up and needed to be into my new space working. I contacted Superior Plumbing and had someone come to my space same day to check it out and had a quote the very next day. Even started that next Monday. They have great customer service and their work was just as awesome. I appreciate everything that they did.You would not be sorry that you chose them to do any of your plumbing needs!

I called Griffin late today, which is a Saturday, because when we came back home a get being out for a few hours, I realized the house was warm and that the central air wasn't even blowing air. The extremely nice woman who answered the phone was very concerned given how hot it was today, and she assured me she would get someone out to us soon. A short while later, I received a text with the picture and bio of the technician who would be coming - great touch Griffin! The technician, Joe, was very nice and very knowledgeable. I kind of suspected that the motor had failed because the unit was making a grinding type noise, and Joe quickly diagnosed that as the problem. Given it was the motor, I absolutely expected to hear that they would have to order or pick up the part, but Joe told me they keep them on their trucks because they do fail often enough in Florida because they're being run all year long. Joe told me to go relax and he'll be finished in about 30 minutes and he was true to his word. He tested the system, made sure it was working inside, and then explained their service plans and efficiently took the payment, which I thought was very reasonable - and Joe showed me that I saved a good amount of money on the service agreement - and I definitely need that because I just changed my filters for the first time in a long time. I can't praise Griffin enough and I will always request Joe to come to do my service - he's the best!!
