They came on short notice to help fix an issue in our master bathroom - spectacular service at a great price. They came within an hour or so from my initial call and the plumber was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us and how we can prevent issues in the future - I will absolute do business with Darley's Plumbing again (hopefully not soon though! :) )

The professional and quality service provided by the employee was above and beyond what I had expected. I think the service person truly believed in the Golden rule, treat others like you would like to be treated! I don't know of higher praise! Thank you Roto-Rooter!

Replaced a hose bib.

The owner, Keith, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had issues with our guest bathroom shower not heating up. Keith was very thorough and fixed the issue. We will be calling them again for future needs.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service. We had an emergency plumbing situation that required immediate attention (broken pipe at water meter), and the Mr. Rooter was a led to get me on the schedule right away. Jay was very helpful and professional, and he resolved our issue quickly. We would definitely use them again.

Turner Plumbing is the only company I have ever used for decades! When a favorite employee recently retired sad was not the word. But I was promised that Robert would be just the one. And he was. He took care of each issue, was extremely professional and courteous and I learned a lot. As always, from the minute the phone answers to the minute the technician leaves I am consistently in good hands. So appreciative of all the great work through them any, many years.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

My experience and interaction with Affordable Plumbing and it’s owners was horrible, but I want to share my honest experience to prevent someone from having the same.Below is my experience. Accidents happen and are navigable. Lacking integrity, respect, and care for your customers is not.-January 2022 a pipe failed in our home, causing immense flooding-A friend recommended us to Affordable Plumbing Co (APC)-APC on call plumber was very helpful, capped the line, and provided a plan to address the issue-APC owner came to complete the work, which in his professional opinion did not match his on call colleague-After completing the repiping, he called me. I shared the concern that I was expecting what plumber 1 had described and we agreed upon, to which the owner assured me this would be a sound solution-I paid $1,500 for the work-Weeks later, we recognized a slow leak in the bathroom causing ceiling damage-APC fixed the pipe, and because repairs from previous flooding had not occurred yet, I agreed to not require any aesthetic repairs to the damaged ceiling-April 2022 the pipe that initially failed and was repaired by APC failed again causing additional flooding-Originally back on call plumber returned to correct the failed pipe, where he confirmed it was their work previously completed but was unsure of why-I called the owner to share the situation and see how he planned to remedy the situation, which I remained 100% professional-He yelled at me, hung up on me, and proceeded to call me shady--implying that I may have been dishonest in my involvement or handling-After connecting again, I made it clear that I would be having my home repiped with another company, and I would like to be reimbursed for the $1,500 paid previously, or at least what was fair-APC offered a discount for repiping that I made clear was already completed-I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times to try to resolve this and have received no response

I had Terry Vereen plumbing come to do work twice during my kitchen remodel; once to disconnect the sink/disposal and then again to hook it back up. It was like having two different companies between the 2 visitsFirst off I have no complaints about the workmanship. Everything was fixed and works as expected. I do have an issue with the installer, Adam, who came to do the disconnect. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth with the level of un-professionalism. During the middle of the disconnect he stepped outside for almost 10 minutes to take a phone call. Then, when it came time to write up the bill, I actually had to go check on what was taking so long because he sat for almost 15 minutes out in the van writing up the ticket. Apparently, he counted that as time worked because I timed the visit from the time he walked in to the time he walked out to write up the ticket. This guy conveniently rounded down on the time he arrived (almost 15 minutes before he actually did) and rounded up on the time worked (he stepped out the door at 8:25 but I got charged for 8:45 while he took his sweet time to write the ticket). I even brought this to his attention, but the ticket was 'already written up' and because I guess when he looked at his watch during the write up it was closer to 8:45 not 8:30 (which I'm sure was true). I can't attest to whether these things were done on purpose to squeeze me for money or just a sign of very inattentive/sloppy billing practices but there is no excuse either way.At the end of the day, I got charged for 1.5 hrs of work when the actual time worked was under an hour. That's a 50% round up! Maybe not a ton of money in the scheme of things, and probably less noticeable if it was a 3 hr job, but money is tight and every bit counts. Maybe they needed to offset my Angies list discount, who knows?To top it off, I told him he could take the old sink, I assume for salvage, but he took the disposal with it as well without even asking! I had to make a bunch of calls so they could track him down and make sure he didn't dispose of it. So, I was locked in to using Terry Vereen again for the reconnect since they had to bring back my disposal for the install. Luckily the 2nd visit was much more professional. Again, I made sure to write down the exact arrival and departure (especially after the first experience). This time they were right on the money. They seemed, quick, professional and kept things clean. There was no time spent talking on the phone or 15 minutes spent writing up the ticket (apparently it CAN be done more quickly!) So I really don't know what to think of these guys overall. Did they just have one lousy installer, or do they tell them to try and squeeze people for more money wherever possible? There's really no way to know, but I probably wouldn't take the chance using them again even with their ratings on here.

I found this service above and beyond my expectations. They were very professional men who answered my questions promptly. They were very polite and cautious about not harming or damaging my property. Very thorough and responsive to solving my drain problem. Would hire them again if and when needed.

Matt and Aaron did an amazing job on our condo re-pipe. They were always on time, very accommodating and professional, and they took the time to answer all our questions. They did such an amazing job on the re-pipe that our insurance adjuster was very impressed with their work. I highly recommend Touchton Plumbing.

Had a leaking shut off valve in bathroom. Russ was very helpful. I scheduled an on line appointment and they were out within an hour. Very professional and respectful. Changed both sink shut off valves. Had to cut open the wall. He was very respectful in the way he cut the wall as we just placed beadboard in that spot. I will be able to place everything back the way it was and now don't have to worry about any leaky vavles. Thank you. Highly recommend!

What I appreciate is how they care about leaving my kitchen clean and neat after the job.

I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DWV plumbing to anybody.
