Dishwasher was not draining. Service tech removed a tab that was not removed as a result from garbage disposal installation. Unfortunate to be charged to remove a round black tab that covered a hole, small less than 1 cm tab. The tab was placed by manufacturers for packaging. My 8 year old could have done it. So unfortunate to spend $250 for less than 5 mins to remove a simple packaging tab.

Had Jerry out for a repair. Although his work was satisfactory, he arrived two hours late and only after my spouse called him to inquire whether or not he was going to come at all. Even though initial impression was unfavorable, due to lateness and no call, we decided to give Jerry a call when experiencing a recent problem with a kitchen faucet. Contacted Jerry three times via voicemail and texts (texted due to no response from leaving voicemail). He completely gave us the “run around” and on the third attempt, stated he would “get back to me with a time that he could come out on Wednesday.” Never heard back from Jerry. Guess he’s not “Everybody’s Plumber” after all ?

I called this morning and Sara answered the phone and scheduled me for service this afternoon. I got a text and an email confirmation of my appointment. Eric showed up right on time and took care of my slow drain issue. He was very polite and professional. I recommend this business to others and I will use them again myself.

Abraham Cruz was a very friendly and respectable worker. His service was excellent. From the moment he entered at 8 he was excellent and worked non stop for 7 hours. I reccomend him for anyone who wants plumbing of high quality.

I called Friday due to no hot water and Navien gas tankless water heater with error code E003. Two plumbers showed up on time and troubleshot water heater and determined thermostat needed to be replaced. I expressed concern about how long it would take to order part due to weekend coming up. I was assured it would be handled appropriately. I called Monday morning to check on it and found out that the part was never ordered. I was then charged $68 for express shipment of the part just to get it here in a reasonable timeframe. If the part was ordered on Friday I would not have to pay this inflated cost. Turner Plumbing is just passing the charge on to me for their failure. Totally Unacceptable!

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

Prompt response. Phone service courteous. The plumber was in my condo within 45 minutes.Turns out the problem was between the building and the street and had backed up into my unit.The plumber (Mitch) was efficient quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem. He did a great job cleaning up after.

My technician, Frank, arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got to work replacing a drain valve. Then, at my request, he looked into the expansion tank, found it to be faulty and offered me the choice to get one myself to save some money on the install of a new one. When, after driving to several stores I was unable to find one, he still worked with me to save me some money, and so that I could have all my issues fixed in one day. After a few hours, my new drain valve was installed, and the new expansion tank was as well. Through all of it, Frank was professional, courteous, friendly and hard-working.I am glad I gave Fenwick a second chance, since my prior (and only other) experience with them... left a lot to be desired. But it goes to show, they do have competent people and they work hard to do good work.

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty.
