Best Water Heater Repair Service in Jacksonville FL

Scheduled service for a leak I have in my laundry room on a Saturday. The receptionist took all my information including my address and booked me for Monday around noon. I waited all weekend only to receive a phone call around the time of my actual appointment that they do not service my area. Why take my address and make me wait to cancel the day of. Extremely unprofessional. Don't care how good a company is this is unacceptable. Now I have to wait again for someone to come service me.

After finding out we had a slab leak in our home, we spoke with a few different plumbers on advice and quotes to repair or re-pipe. I got so many different opinions, and absurd quotes. Finally, spoke to Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing and he gave me great, honest advise right from the start. He was out to the house in just a couple hours from contact to asses the leak. Once I called him back to set up the appointment to repair, he fit us in right away. He was able to come even earlier than he thought and had the leak fixed much quicker than I anticipated. Friendly, prompt,reasonably priced and did a great job. Definitely will use him again for any plumbing needs!!

Don't be convinced they are good buy the stars! Wish I didn't have to put one... I called 4 times on a Saturday during normal ours. I even left a service request online through their website. Two weeks later, I have yet to hear from them. How professional or curteous is that. Call Econo Rooter and request Travis. Harry Hayes is a waste of advertising space online!

Having 2 properties and using company for several big jobs, call to get on schedule and even move back a day because of availability only to be told “Oops sorry nobody called you but or tech is on the way to another job”. Keep in mind that I purposely scheduled first appointment so this wouldn’t happen. Was told basically that they didn’t know what happened but then came back and said sorry it was an emergency and we don’t know when but we will get someone as soon as we can to you. Bad business for sure.

Trustworthy, family company with great communication and quality, clean work. They've installed a water heater and remodeled a bathroom for us, and we will forever use them for all of our plumbing needs. Their employees and sub-contractors express great enthusiasm and enjoyment for working for Turner & that is sentiment that spreads positively throughout our Jax community. Book them!

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

Travis showed up on time, introduced himself, asked me a few questions about the issue I was having and then got to work. He explained everything to me beforehand and helped me understand what caused the issue and he got it cleared up for me. He was very professional

Had some drain line and water main issues that were in desperate need of repair and called Swift Bros plumbing to do the job. Not only did they come back with a reasonable estimate the tech Miguel was very professional and explained everything in detail! The only concern was that our guy didn't have any help until the third day. All in all a great place to do business with.

I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DWV plumbing to anybody.

I had an issue with my sink disposal and bathroom drainage and A1 was able to resolve both my issues within one day! Very efficient and reasonable rates. The plumber I had was Jessie he was amazing and timely very efficient. He handled the situation with ease and stayed for a sat operational test I will definitely be a forever customer because of this experience.

Schedule an appointment with these folks .. Didn't show up. No follow up call. I'd say avoid this company.
