Frank came out to service us originally and provided excellent service. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the problem and solution. Don't be convinced they are good buy the stars! Wish I didn't have to put one... I called 4 times on a Saturday during normal ours. I even left a service request online through their website. Two weeks later, I have yet to hear from them. How professional or curteous is that. Call Econo Rooter and request Travis. Harry Hayes is a waste of advertising space online!

Kieth was a life saver today!I purchased a new sink and faucet along with a garbage grinder. I installed everything on my own however, the PVC pipes were a total mess from the previous sink. I was lucky when I called this morning Kieth had a cancellation and was able to come to my rescue in a few hours. In roughly 2 hours he was able to re-pipe all the PVC pipes to function correctly with my new set up. I'm thoroughly impressed with his workmanship and definitely enjoyed hearing some sea stories about his time as a submariner. I highly recommend Oakley plumbing for all your plumbing needs. His hours rate is very reasonable and he also offered military and senior citizen discounts. Don't delay call today and schedule your appointment you will be glad you did!

Bad experience, had my whole yard wet from a leakage so I decided to call them at night when I first found out there was something wrong. I had to leave that same morning out of state and I wanted to get it done before I left, the guy was rude. When the guy arrived He said “don’t call a plumber at night”, I guess they’re not 24/7 like they claim to be. The guy said I had a slab leak and that I needed to repipe the entire house. Note that before a short conversation he said he had 22 years of experience in plumbing. I had the issue fix for less than 50 dollars and I fixed it myself but he wanted to charge 7,000 to repipe the entire house. Do not recommend calling them. Bad customer service

Our plumber, Mac was both professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, as scheduled. Mac identified the problem immediately and resolved it in a timely fashion. Their pricing is very fair and acceptable. We would definitely use Turner Plumbing again and recommend them to everyone.

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

If you’re looking for a plumber this is the only phone call you need to make. I was literally dealing with a mess... water everywhere with a ruptured hot water tank. Same day appoint with NO up charge. The gentleman came with an assistant. They were kind, courteous, clean and masked. I couldn’t ask for anything better. It was changed out in less than two hours and they were on their way. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent competitive pricing.

A shelf fell hit the side of my toilet and fell across my sink busted my pipes I called Swifty Brothers Plumbing within an hour and a half James was here and the repairs were done quickly and professionally . I highly recommend this company.

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty. I will be using them again if I ever need anything done. Thanks David!
