My elderly parents were in need of water after my father, thinking he could repair a leaking pipe; messed up the main water line to their home.By the time I got involved 3 days had passed and I was beside myself. Liz at David Gray was like an angel as she calmed me down, got me an appointment within a couple hours and took care of all the details right over the phone.Then Tommy shows up like a Knight in Shining Armor! Not only did he walk me through theissue,(he sent pictures to me via text!)explain the cost involved, then gave me the best price possible in order to get the water back on; and had suggestions for what to do in the future to limit the cost when they are able to afford to permanently resolve the root cause of the problem. On top of all that Tommy was able to deal with my father in a kind and courteous manner, which is not easy for most anyone who knows my father! He even gave my mom a hug and told her to have a nice holiday! NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. ? ? ? ?Thank you LIZ! Thank you TOMMY! The way you treat your customers matters!

I highly recommend Turner Plumbing. They came within an hour of me calling. They knew what they were doing. It ended up the sewer line to the house was clogged with roots. They showed me everything and explained what I needed to do. I hired them to replace the line. Scheduling was easy and they were great at communicating everything. There were a lot of challenges including a tree in the way and water just 1 foot down. The did a great job cleaning up also. If you need a plumber for a little thing or big thing, I recommend Turner Plumbing.

Bad service.. got them for replacing the value for my refrigerator. One guy named in it wanted to get cut the wall to put in a new one without even asking for permission. One guy in it was good and somehow fixed it.. Stay away.. there are many Available

Set an appointment on Friday to have service for Monday...10-Noon was the schedule time I needed to be available. Around 1pm I hadn't heard from Vereens and decided to call. The appointment was cancelled...no explanation why or courtesy call. My time is important to me as well and don't appreciate it others wasting it. NOT RECOMMENDED

I would not recommend him for garbage disposal replacements.He installed mine incorrectly approximately 1 year ago using Home Advisor. When he finished, I had leaking around the neck he installed crooked, and ruined my cabinet from water. He wanted me to pay again to repair it. I used another plumber. Paid 2x's for the job. SMH

Customer service is in desperate need of a upgrade, ASHLEY is a POOR example of what true professionalism is supposed to be. I reached out to this company 3 times and on 2 occasions I never received a follow-up call or anything after making an appointment. Not to mention that no one even showed up on 2 occasions. I received an email indicating that a Technician was on the way twice and he never showed up again. Not sure where the disconnect is but I would have to say it's ASHLEY/ Customer service. DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours.
