They answered the phone when we called and said they could come out same day! ( that’s a first from any company anymore!) Brady came out and took care of our issue. Allonzo did a great job, arrived on time, and promptly fixed our clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher. Our 15 month old son wanted to hangout with him the whole time and he was great with him too! Great work. If you want a professional to come get the job done right and guarantee their work, then use roto rooter. Highly recommend.

We were able to arrange for non emergency service over the holidays just a few days in advance. Eric arrived on time and quickly did the kitchen faucet we called about. While there he helped us with an ac drain, and had the special tool and drill bits to install a grab bar in the shower. Total time spent and the bill were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Great experience all the way around! You can schedule an appointment online, I had a 2-6 Block and they got someone here even earlier! We needed someone to come out on Black Friday-Every other plumbing company was charging an emergency fee of almost $200 just to come look at the problem! We needed our septic tank pumped and a toilet replaced. It was a difficult job, the old toilet was in disrepair and leaking, and the septic tank was a bit difficult to access. They took care of everything - super friendly, no hassle, and generally great. Would call them again first every time.
