I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I have used terry Vereen plumbing numerous times over the last few years had great experience working as autonations facilities manager coming to our dealer ships fixing our problems last night had a problem at my home called last night got a call this morning around 930 when I called more than 12 hours before haven’t been able to shower not use my sink and emergency then talked to a tec I wanted to check my schedule then said ok when will you be in my area he replied 12 at 1 no show I text him he said I had no reply so maybe my fault but if you continues to want business maybe my question wasn’t direct I have met the owner of this company and he’s good maybe more of management system on the emergency days should be applied sorry for this review good luck to you

We had a wonderful experience with Tactical Plumbing! We had an after hours emergency with the well at our home we had just purchased - it had been hit and was spurting water high in the air and we couldn’t get it to stop. After trying our well company with no luck, I called Tactical Plumbing out of desperation, hoping a plumber might be able to help.The call was picked up right away by Chris, who happens to be the owner. He listened to our issue and even though wells were not his primary area of expertise, he patiently walked us through what we could do. He even had us text him photos. With his help, we were able to get the gushing to stop, and learned what we needed to do to fix it.All that help and he didn’t accept any compensation for his time - he was just a good guy who went out of his way to help us even though he didn’t know us from Adam! He definitely established a great rapport and trust with us - for sure this company is already added to my contacts for future plumbing issues! You can expect superior service from Chris and his company!

Had Duck Duck Rooter out to replace a failed septic system at a busy commercial property. Jeff and his team were very helpful, extremely responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. I hope not to replace another septic system, but if I did they'd be my first call.

I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.
