Mark and his technician did an excellent job of installing my water heater. They were prepared to complete the work once i agreed on the estimate. The price was within my budget and I will be using David Gray Plumbing for all my future plumbing work.

Gabe and the crew did a great job! They installed a backflow preventer, met the need of our business starting late in the day and working until midnight. They also did other work on request without notice. It was hot and rained very hard filling up the hole with mud. These guys just got the job done with no excuses! Highly recommend them.

I will NEVER use this company again! Sawed a 2 x 4 in half and put it back up in two pieces wet. Didn't show up the first day and was an hour and a half late the next day. Coming back to fix the shoddy workmanship and already an hour and a half late. Technician traipsed wet shoes in and out of my house and made a mess that I had to clean up. Also continually bad mouthed local plumbing companies. Very unprofessional. Roror Rooter should pay me for MY time that they have wasted! Horrible company!

Had an appointment scheduled for a fix on a house I was selling. The day of the appointment the weather was inclement but I never heard from them to reschedule and they never showed up.

This is the 3rd time we have used them and every time Eric completes the job on time. We have never had an issue with any of his repairs. We are very happy with his work.

I had a leak in my shower and called Terry Vereen climbing ,they came out very quickly,The plumbers Cleaned up after themselves and we’re very pleasant, a small piece was lost to my faucet , and Tabitha was very helpful and took care of the issue . I would call them again for sure if needed

Had water come out a pipe so cut the water off and they came by that day to cap it so I can have water to my house, that alone showed me the type of people they are because he was busy and made time to help my family out.

I have a double vanity in the master bathroom with granite countertops and undermount sinks. Several years ago one of the sinks detached from the granite. I called Bill Fenwick and they sent out two guys to repair it. They put some new adhesive on the sink and propped it back up with a couple of boards underneath. Told me to leave the boards up for about a week. Later, when I tried to take the boards out the sink started to detach again. So I left the boards in place and just used the sink.About three weeks ago the other sink came off and I contacted Angie's List who put me in touch with Bill Fenwick. Repair guy came out, took a look at the job and told me that it was a major job, because the sink is usually mounted when the granite is cut and not installed. His computer quoted a price of almost $3500 per sink, but he felt that was unreasonable and said they could do both for that price. Told him I would think about it. Went on Google, found a video on how to do it yourself, correctly, and did the whole job with 4 hours of labor and less than $100, including new pop up drains. Save yourself a lot of money and make sure it is done correctly by doing the yourself!

I called my normal septic tank service for a pump out only to find out that they no longer provided that service. I was so stressed that I was going to have to go out and find someone on my own. I went out to the internet and checked the top Septic Tank Co and read their reviews. Duck Duck Rooter was #1 . However sometime that does not always mean everything so I went onto Angie's list and found they came highly recommended. I can see why. I requested a quote within 15 minutes I was contacted by a Lia given a quote which I accepted. She said she could have someone out within the hour because she has someone out in my area. I was thrilled even though it was not an emergency.The 2 gentlemen that came out were very nice did the job . Had a fewrecommendations. Were done within an hour. Woke up this past Monday morning with a leak under my foundation. Spoke to Johnnie and she got me scheduled that same morning! Wesley and Joe came out and quickly identified the problem. They expertly minimized the amount of tile that had to be broken to access where the leak was and quickly repaired the pipe. They filled in and cemented the holes and left the areas perfectly clean. After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house.
