Late night call. From customer service to service repair, everything was fantastic. Tech arrived under an hour after call, was knowledgeable, helpful and did full repair with no issues.

Needed a plumber right away! These guys were right over in 12 minutes, corrected the problem and charged 1/2 of what others were quoting!! Friendly, courteous and just plain great!!

We had Oakley Plumbing come out to assess old cast iron pipes, a leak inside the wall, and plumbing issues that we were having. Our warranty company hired him. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, documented all kinds of issues, went under the house and found problems other plumbers weren't willing to look for. Because of his thorough inspection and advise our warranty company was had to fix the issues properly. Highly recommend him.

They unclogged the stoppage and cleaned the vent. This was the 2nd company to come out. The 1st company could not unclog the drains. The tech advised what he was going to do and gave me the estimate before he started. Very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend Mr.Rooter to any one who has a clogged drain.

Poor coordination with home warranty company; rude customer service; would not use again

Rolland Reash Plumbing does outstanding work! I called them for an emergency issue with my water heater this weekend. They let me know how long it would take for someone to come, called me to confirm the exact arrival time and sent over a professional plumber who was going to make sure he assessed every aspect of the issue so that it would be repaired correctly. He did an outstanding job and all the people that I spoke with were very easy to work with. I highly recommend that you call Rolland Reash Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Had an emergency sewer line clog at a rental building on NEW YEARS DAY! Called Mr. Trent. He was there quick. Fixed the problem, good communications, and fair price. He's at the top of my list of plumbers.

Chris was asked to come out to install several new fixtures in new bathroom cabinet vanities, and a new kitchen sink. He showed up on time and knocked the job out quickly. He also replaced a tub drain for us that I mentioned to him that it was leaking. He charged much less than the other quotes and did a great job. Like most folks, I try to stay away from the big companies with their fleet of service vehicles and prefer to establish a good personal relationship with the folks that service/repair our home. It’s about the small businessman. Chris is a capable, licensed, bonded plumber with a great disposition and he charges a fair amount for his work. He doesn’t gouge you as others have in the past. In short , Chris is our ‘go to’ plumber and will always be our first call in the event we need plumbing work. We’ve recommenced Chris to our friends with confidence.

Ron was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to repair it. I'm very satisfied with their timely service and quality work. Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

A fair, honest, responsive plumber; who’d thought?! Drew Hartmann and gang always answers when I call, show up when they say they will, do the work properly and for a fair price to boot. I’ve had some odd projects (85 year old house) and have used multiple plumbers but won’t use anyone but Drew again. Great people!

To have a plumbing issue the day after Thanksgiving was a drab until Roto-Rooter answered my call. Plumber, Jon Barr, literally saved the day. He took time to listen to my problem AND took time to explain what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. EXCELLENT SERVICE all the way around. Timely and professional service!!!!
