Best Toilet Installation in Jacksonville FL

Called David Gray due to a stuck shower valve cartridge. My appointment was set for 9am and the technician, Adam, arrived at or around 9:30am. He was very professional, courteous, and most of all he valued my time. He went over what he was going to do and did exactly that and the repair was quick and fast. He did not delay my day by having to go to the nearest store to get parts he had everything he needed on his truck. Great service is hard to come by these days and it was refreshing to have someone come out and provide great customer service.

You WON'T find any better!!! Called to replace tub drain. He was at my place in 10 minutes while on his way to another job, and completed his job in 15 minutes. Being so close, he didn't charge me a service call fee. Great to know I have a reliable plumber when needed.

Mr Austin Wright was the best plumber i have ever met. He can out and had to dig to China to reveal all of my plumbing in the back yard. His experience and professionalism saved me thousands of dollars and a headache down the road. Mr Wright was honest, dependable, and very direct with what needed to be done. I called because I noticed slow drainage. When he came he knew there was a more serious problem. He told me that before ge started. Mr Wright dug up my whole yard in record time to find my pipes collapsing. He repaired in a timely manner and helped me save thousands. He returned the following day to perform a checkup. I just wanted to leave a few words of praise for one of your guys. Hunter came to my house today to remove two bathroom faucets and do a little work on a bathtub leak. One of the faucets was so old and corroded that the piece had become merged with the countertop. The young man had to literally saw it off the sink, which he did not damaging the sink top Then the old drain pipe broke off and he had to go in through an adjacent wall to fix that. The guy worked tirelessly and ran into further complications from our old plumbing. But his know-how and determination left us with two beautiful faucets and a working bathtub. You all should give that guy a raise. He did a great job. We'll be calling you back for a kitchen update, which I promise will be easier. Thank you all, you will hear from us again.

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house.
