Good quality and responsive company. The team answers the phones and arrives when scheduled. Plumber was able to properly diagnose and correct various plumbing stoppages. While I did experience some minor issues with one of their technicians the company was quick to correct the mistake and make the situation right. We have been very pleased with the services we've received from Terry Vereen Plumbing in the past few months. They were recommended to me by a coworker. We've called them out 3 times for 3 different repairs we've needed and all were very well done. They work quickly, do great work, are respectful of my home (wore shoe covers as I requested) and left everything neat and clean at the end. I must give a shout out to Joe F. and Joe T. who came in last week for one service and, because they were so efficient, I added a few more services on while they were here. The pricing was reasonable and we remain happy with their work.

Touchton has done lots of repairs to our home over the years - clearing drain lines, unclogging toilets, fixing leaking pipes, fixing pesky garbage disposals, replacing faucets inside and out. Whatever the need, we've always had good service, even for a couple of challenging situations in our old home that sits on slab. The office staff that do the scheduling are wonderful and pleasant to work with and always do a good job communicating. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and pride themselves in doing quality repairs. It's nice to see the same faces too on service calls! I ventured out once to try a budget plumber that was less expensive (and not by much) and had to call Touchton out to repair their repair. Lesson learned. Value for the price is fair and worth a few extra bucks. I never feel taken advantage of for after hours and evenings when the inevitable happens. I recommend Touchton to anyone who asks me who we use for our plumbing needs.

I hired this company to replace both of my toilets in my home. After failed attempts and lots of frustration I called & scheduled to have them installed for me. I scheduled my appointment with Chris who was very knowledgeable, asked me questions that I didn’t even think of & knew exactly what I needed. He was patient and understanding explaining the need to know. I had an appointment within the week! Jeremiah came to my home prompt, on time with a friendly attitude. He was professional and also patient with my lack of knowledge. He got to work right away, kept everything clean & even explained to me the grout process to fill in gaps that were left from the previous toilet. I am so thankful for this company, because I now have a piece of mind knowing my toilets are no longer leaking or wobbly. The best! I made a mess with my DIY install of bathroom faucet to the point of causing a broken hot water pipe and and unknown cold water leak that was more of a flood than a leak. There was no judgement just quick repairs of all issues which was obvious in the plumbers knowledge of how to handle the problems. He was thorough in testing his work. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate their office acknowledging the predicament i was in and worked me in as early as they did. Affordably priced. I highly recommend them!

I called Betros for help after calling several other plumbing companies in the area including a plumber I had used for years for an emergency and they were happy to help me! They were so friendly and polite on the phone and we scheduled the repair. The plumbers showed up on time, neat and clean with big smiles on their faces! I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

I waited 4 hrs for my appt and nobody showed or called, when I called them they said they were on service call they’d be a few more hours. They said they’d call me back with ETA but they never did. I called them again asking what’s going on and where is the tech. I said I’m waiting 6hrs now and I had an appt. The office girl Naida was rude and hung up on me twice. I would never recommend them.
