I had never used Roto rooter before but had an emergency back up of sink in kitchen that overflowed into the garage. I called and a tech was there within 2 hours! I had Nate and he was amazing! He even took his shoes off when he entered the house. He fixed the problem easily and in a great timeframe with no Mess. Totally professional and calm. I will always request him when I call again. After finding out we had a slab leak in our home, we spoke with a few different plumbers on advice and quotes to repair or re-pipe. I got so many different opinions, and absurd quotes. Finally, spoke to Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing and he gave me great, honest advise right from the start. He was out to the house in just a couple hours from contact to asses the leak. Once I called him back to set up the appointment to repair, he fit us in right away. He was able to come even earlier than he thought and had the leak fixed much quicker than I anticipated. Friendly, prompt,reasonably priced and did a great job. Definitely will use him again for any plumbing needs!!

Justin and Nathan did an excellent job of unclogging our kitchen sink. Before they left, they tested the drain thoroughly to ensure proper function. We are very pleased with their service.

Oakley Plumbing wowed from the very beginning. Mr Keith and his crew were very fast, clean and professional. They took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem. Then they proceeded to do exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very impressive and I highly recommend.

The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

Alex came out and fixed an emergency pipe burst behind the wall. He was on site within two hours of us calling at 8 AM he was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to solve the problem. Excellent service.

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.
