Ken and Christian were very professional and calm. They fixed my toilet issue which caused a leak. The double checked the repair and followed up on a secondary leak in the same location and found a hugely cracked cast iron pipe and replaced that also. They were very neat. Jerry Ward, owner of Everybody's Plumbing came to my home today, July 10, 2019 to fix 2 plumbing issues. Not only did he fix those issues he also went above and beyond and alleviated 2 other issues I had. I would recommend him to everyone. He's honest, knows what he's doing and charges a fair price. I'll never call another plumber. He's the best I've ever used. Don't waste time with the other guys...call Jerry....he's GOOD!!! We called Fenwick because our garbage disposal quit working, sink wasn't draining well and we needed a new faucet installed. Our technician, Alfred, arrived earlier than expected, answered all our questions, gave us our quote (which we approved) and went to work immediately. He was very personable, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. We will definitely use Fenwick services in the future.

Ashley is awesome at duck duck rooters!! She was so helpful getting me scheduled to have my septic tank pumped! I had tried to contact several companies before finding this one, I left voicemails and emails for appointment request and no one had reached back out to me. I called duck duck rooters and Ashley answered the phone within two rings and got me scheduled right away! Any one going through septic issues knows how difficult that is to not get help! After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours.
