Best Toilet Installation in Jacksonville FL

I had an issue with transparency with this company. For service fee minimum $200 that's just looking at it, gives u the list of material needed and charge you again for the actual work minimum $400 with materials you provided when they come back. I asked for a quotation for installation of toilet. They end up threatening our employee to report us to health inspectors to agree to have the work they said needs to be done as soon as possible. And it's okay but procedure dictates u have to get approval from whomever called. They did not reach out to me regarding estimates and I did not approve any work order. So I end up with $6000 bill that needs to be paid in 30days despite having issues with the whole process. But according to the company it's a he say, she say issue. Despite of having a recording of the conversation me stating I need a quotation before going through any work. Anyway, the brand new heater installed which we didn't even need, they didn't even bother check if it's working before leaving, So I have to call someone else. Installation of the toilet is good, it's working. We will still pay the bill because it's installed or be transferred to collections agency. Despite of the unprofessional procedures this company have, they won't try to work and help you with this situation. I was not even given a chance to canvass for a reasonable price. This is just to warn people when you deal with this company. Especially during this hard times.

I called several companies that either could not get out for a couple of days or told me they were on the way and never showed up. Darley’s answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! Kind of an oddball but a good tradesmen.

My water heater rusted out, and water was all over my garage floor. I called 3 services from my Google search, and Harry Hayes was the only company willing to be there the same day. Actually, it was within 2 hours. In summary, great, timely service at a fair price. Also, It's very apparent they take pride in their work. They will be my first choice for plumber in the future.

Keith repaired all our toilets from leaking. I didn’t even realize they were leaking until I got an alert from JEA that our water use had increased drastically. On the surface all the toilets looked fine and nothing was obviously leaking but after a closer look by Keith and testing each one, all of them were leaking a little which added up to a lot which is why my water usage increased the last month. Keith even tested the system after repairing them to make sure all the leaks had stopped. He arrived when he said he would and called when he was on his way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m referring Keith to all my family and friends.

My house had the copper pipe disease. Had to replace all of the piping and the hot water heater. The crew at Turner were outstanding ! They showed up on times, followed up with phone calls, and they were experienced. Through the three day job they informed what they will be doing and kept the house spotless.The price of the entire job was VERY reasonable. 5 star !
