I got several estimates for a re-piping job before I decided on Roland Reash Plumbing. They gave a very competitive quote and the experience turned out to be very positive. Fadi and John did the work while I worked from home and had great communication and managed to take care of an additional leak discovered behind the wall. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Called at 9 am to schedule an appt. Recieved an appt time between 11 am and 1 pm which was reasonable. Time frame came and went and no call and no show! I called and was told he was running late feom tje office staff. At 6:03 pm still no call and no show! Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend nor call again.

We've used Terry Vereen Plumbing for more than 12 years. The guys are always very responsive. The work is done diligently and professionally. At job completion, someone always explains what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Thumbs up for excellent customer service.

Rafael came to repair a leak under a bathroom sink that required replacing almost all pipping under the sink including part of an old pipe in the wall. He gave me several options for the repair and after a discussion he got to work right away on the resolution we agreed upon.I am very happy with the result of the work Rafael did, the cost of the repair and the quality of the work. I will definitely use Fenwick in the future and highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work.

Wow incredibly rude! I called to get an estimate on a busted pipe (he makes a snarky comment on why I only want an estimate if the pipe is busted... I had the main shut off duh) and the guy asks me how many people I've called, tells me he doesn't want to put a bid in, and hangs up. Why be so rude? They were last on my list because of all the bad reviews; now I know why all the 1-stars.
