David Gray Plumbing is great! Not only did they answer their phone - they were polite and helpful! I received an appointment this afternoon for my issue. I received a text with the name and picture of the person coming to the house!! He showed up asked me the issue- did the estimate and showed me the paperwork and I approved it. He then completed the job, no issues. When it was about complete I went in to check and no leak.Definitely would recommend and would call them again as well. Thank you!!

I called Darley’s for a clogged shower drain. Pam scheduled the appointment, and she was very nice and professional. Eric & Joey had my drain unclogged in minutes for less than half the price of the other companies I called. I’d definitely use them again!

Nate is absolutely top tier. He was incredibly responsive and professional and fixed the plumbing issues we had and informed us of further measures we could take to ensure that the issues don't pop up again in the future. 10/10 and should any plumbing issues arise in the future, I know who I can call and rely on to help.

Great communication skills and very professional. Got a call from Justin letting me know exactly when he'd be here for installation as well as a text link shortly before they showed up to know where they were enroute. Installation was quick and justin was respectful of the home and even did his best to be as quiet as possible knowing my daughter was taking a nap. (and she didn't wake up so we all know that's a plus on his part lol). Pricing was more than fair according to what I had researched beforehand. The area was left in even cleaner condition than before and the old water heater was loaded up and taken with so we don't even have to worry about it being on the side of the road for pick up!

I recently had a water heater installed by Turner Plumbing. The service specialist, Luli Marku, did an excellent job. He was on time and incredibly professional. He explained each step of the process and answered all of my question. His work was very neat, clean and efficient. He also completed the work in a timely manner with no issues. I would give this technician 5 stars and, because of his professionalism, I would use Turner Plumbing again.

Stay far away from these two-faced bozos. You can't believe a thing they say. Much better choices exist in Jax. Maybe if you spent more time monitoring your incompetent employees (like Mike) and spent less time ringing your hands over your Google reviews your company would be better off.

What a person arrives exactly on time, executes the work exactly as planned, cleans up all materials from the work without any question, I as an owner am thrilled! But it was more than that Chris is a very, very kind person and that comes across and how he does his work. Touchton has done lots of repairs to our home over the years - clearing drain lines, unclogging toilets, fixing leaking pipes, fixing pesky garbage disposals, replacing faucets inside and out. Whatever the need, we've always had good service, even for a couple of challenging situations in our old home that sits on slab. The office staff that do the scheduling are wonderful and pleasant to work with and always do a good job communicating. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and pride themselves in doing quality repairs. It's nice to see the same faces too on service calls! I ventured out once to try a budget plumber that was less expensive (and not by much) and had to call Touchton out to repair their repair. Lesson learned. Value for the price is fair and worth a few extra bucks. I never feel taken advantage of for after hours and evenings when the inevitable happens. I recommend Touchton to anyone who asks me who we use for our plumbing needs.
