Cody did excellent work replacing my water heater. He diagnosed the issue and provided several reasonable options. Installation was quick and easy. When he was finished, he also helped me with a shower head in my master bathroom. I will definitely use his services again.

Responsive and professional. I called with a non-emergent service and I was treated as a valued customer. My appointment was scheduled when convenient for me and the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The repair took a few minutes and the guys kept a clean work space and were respectful of my home. I will personally recommend their services.

We called Roto Rooter for a plumbing issue we were having and they had someone respond fairly quickly. Mike was sent to our house who was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the issues we were having. He fully explained the service along with other options we had and discussed the different up front cost. The job was completed in a very timely manner and upon completion he explained in detail on the issues we had and how he fixed it. As the leader of the Ardsley Neighborhood Association, I use Turner Plumbing annually to inspect the backflow device on the sprinkler system at the main entrance to the neighborhood. Service is quick, reliable, and conducted primarily through a simple email request. I would expect residential plumbing issue to handled in a similarly prompt, professional manner, but have not personally needed them (yet).

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.
