John, the plumber, and his helpers were on time, professional, courteous and they did quality work. I can't say enough about what a great company this is! We had some minor plumbing work done by a neighborhood handyman that had been recommended to us to replace the faucets in our bathroom tub, thinking it would cost less to use this person. Within 2 weeks one of the faucets actually fell off! What was worse we realized that the pipes in the wall had been leaking and spraying water inside the walls every time we turned the water on! I called Harry Hayes Plumbing and the wonderful lady that spoke with me on the phone (I can't remember her name) was so sweet and said they could get someone out by the next day. The repairmen (Erick & Joey) came promptly at the scheduled time, had gloves and masks on for our safety, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and even repaired our toilet that had not been sealed or bolted properly by the prior handyman.I was thrilled with their work and the price was much lower than I could ever have expected! My husband, who has a hard time coming to terms with his age and inability to do these type things any longer, was so happy with the experience and how nice the repairmen were that he thanked them profusely and then thanked me several times the rest of the day that I had called Harry Hayes Plumbing! Everyone at this house is very happy today!

Our garbage disposal stopped working so my husband reached out to Oakley Plumbing to have it fixed. The owner Keith, was able to come out the very next morning. He was able to replace the disposal and he went out of his way to fix previous plumbing work that was installed incorrectly. This company is very professional, punctual, and the quality of work matches the price. I highly recommend this company for plumbing work!

We had the pleasure of calling this awesome company to come out and deal with our kitchen sink. We were scheduled for them to come out around 9-11 and he came right on time at 9! He got the job done and in a short time. Didn’t make a mess or anything. Steve worked on our kitchen sink, he drained our pipe out and replaced a disposal. He was very informative/knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The ladies at the desk were sweet and had great communication. I would highly recommend them!

They installed new shower fixtures in my sons bathroom. Drew was very nice to speak with and took care of me very quickly. Chris came and was very personable explained everything to me and even looked at my water heater and disposal. They were very reasonable and performed the work quickly. Would highly recommend using.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith
