Melissa at the office was very helpful and she was able to send someone over to my place for same-day service. Sammie was an awesome plumber who did a great job. I called for a plumbing emergency. My mother-in-law suite was being used by a friend who is undergoing cancer treatment at a local hospital. The sewage from the suite gets pumped out to city sewage via a sump pump. Sump pump stopped functioning so toilet was not working. Sammie came and assessed the problem, had a runner bring the appropriate pump and changed it out in a reasonable amount of time which is important when you are paying by the hour. Great service all around.

Had a break in the water line on my side. Was very small and on a Sunday. It was controllable and I left a message to be contacted. I got a reply 7:45 on Monday and service wthin two hours for the repair. All went well and was reasonable priced. Unfortuneately, the repair did not hold the next day. I called and told them it was leaking. I know they were on calls but did show up in reasonanable time to repair. The repair pipe was faulty. It has been two days and all is well. My neighbor had used them and was very satisfied and so am I. I would and will use them when I redo the bath. Met the crew Andrew, Ken and Patrick all very professional and explained their work.

I had Terry Vereen plumbing come to do work twice during my kitchen remodel; once to disconnect the sink/disposal and then again to hook it back up. It was like having two different companies between the 2 visitsFirst off I have no complaints about the workmanship. Everything was fixed and works as expected. I do have an issue with the installer, Adam, who came to do the disconnect. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth with the level of un-professionalism. During the middle of the disconnect he stepped outside for almost 10 minutes to take a phone call. Then, when it came time to write up the bill, I actually had to go check on what was taking so long because he sat for almost 15 minutes out in the van writing up the ticket. Apparently, he counted that as time worked because I timed the visit from the time he walked in to the time he walked out to write up the ticket. This guy conveniently rounded down on the time he arrived (almost 15 minutes before he actually did) and rounded up on the time worked (he stepped out the door at 8:25 but I got charged for 8:45 while he took his sweet time to write the ticket). I even brought this to his attention, but the ticket was 'already written up' and because I guess when he looked at his watch during the write up it was closer to 8:45 not 8:30 (which I'm sure was true). I can't attest to whether these things were done on purpose to squeeze me for money or just a sign of very inattentive/sloppy billing practices but there is no excuse either way.At the end of the day, I got charged for 1.5 hrs of work when the actual time worked was under an hour. That's a 50% round up! Maybe not a ton of money in the scheme of things, and probably less noticeable if it was a 3 hr job, but money is tight and every bit counts. Maybe they needed to offset my Angies list discount, who knows?To top it off, I told him he could take the old sink, I assume for salvage, but he took the disposal with it as well without even asking! I had to make a bunch of calls so they could track him down and make sure he didn't dispose of it. So, I was locked in to using Terry Vereen again for the reconnect since they had to bring back my disposal for the install. Luckily the 2nd visit was much more professional. Again, I made sure to write down the exact arrival and departure (especially after the first experience). This time they were right on the money. They seemed, quick, professional and kept things clean. There was no time spent talking on the phone or 15 minutes spent writing up the ticket (apparently it CAN be done more quickly!) So I really don't know what to think of these guys overall. Did they just have one lousy installer, or do they tell them to try and squeeze people for more money wherever possible? There's really no way to know, but I probably wouldn't take the chance using them again even with their ratings on here.

I have used Tactical Plumbing twice now, and will continue to do so when needs arise. They are responsive, priced at/below competitors, come out quickly, and send invoices fast (which I need!) Would definitely recommend.

Needed a gas pipe moved for a remodel immediately. Called Fenwick that morning at 9 am and a tech was at our home before 12 noon. Job was completed by 2 pm the same day! Truly thankful for their team of professionals!

Tech was very polite and professional. Tried 3 different strategies and was here past his end of day. Though the problem is not yet solved he did call dispatch to get a more senior problem solver to come the next day.

I recently had a clogged drain fixed by DWV plumbing. Gene was very professional and his communication was excellent. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out to my house in the afternoon and complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend DWV for anyone in need of a plumber!
