Best Shower Faucet in Jacksonville FL

I had called another plumbing company for them not to give me a service amount to come to the house and had to repeat my address 3 times. These guys were so great.This morning I left a VM and they called back 3 mins later.They scheduled me for today and after I hung up I got a text confirmation a minute later - literally.And then they called before they - get this, showed up EARLY !! Who does this? No one does this!Stephen showed up and fixed the drain in no time. He left no mess, was very professional and courteous.I paid and got a text confirmation before he left my driveway.These folks are old school. Reliable. Integrity. Professional. I am still in shock how well everything went. Believe me. Not all 5 star companies are truly five stars. We all know this.These folks definitely one of the best businesses I've dealt with. Ever. Christopher Anderson was an Excellent technician, he addressed our issues with our garbage disposal within minutes of arrival. He then repaired it and was complete with his work only a few (maybe 30 minutes total) minutes. Christopher Anderson brings great credit to the Bill Fenwick team. We called every single place in Jacksonville who allegedly listed that they provided 24/7 service. Duck Duck Rooter was the only company that answered the phone and was able to come out at 8PM and help us out with our sewage. We weren’t able to use the toilets beforehand and thank you to Mr. (Red head) Mike Jones for coming to out to us for quickly and professionally fixing our problem. We have 30+ people coming tomorrow morning for a birthday party and we would have a major problem if Mike didn’t come out to save the day! 5 stars all day for service! Thank you so much!

Gave great service and was very fair

I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

David did an excellent job he fixed a problem with our kitchen sink that haunted us for 10 years we would clean it out and then would clog up again after 1 to 1 1/2 months David came out with his big drain cleaning machine and did the job sometime in January of 2019 dont remember what day but it's been almost 5 months and our sink is still draining great it never drained that quick until David came and did the job also he showed up 2 hours after I called VERY PLEASED I WILL USE HIM AGAIN Very Reasonable Prices As Well AND HE EVEN CLEANED UP HIS MESS VERY TRUSTWORTHY TRADESMANTHANKS,COREY
