Best Sewer Water in Jacksonville FL

First let me say that I have used David Gray for years to do plumbing work at my rental properties and they have always been great. But they entirely screwed this service call up, then didn't reply to my phone calls (5 calls) or emails (3 emails) in an attempt to remedy it and just billed my card. LAST TIME I use them for anything. I ended up having to remedy myself because I couldn't even get them to send me an estimate for the work they claimed needed to be done. They said the shower needed a new valve, turned out the anti-scald tabs were just set incorrectly. They said the shower was draining fine, I literally turned the water on for 10 seconds and it started filling up, poured some liquid plumber down it, problem solved. I pay professionals to work on my rental properties because I have a full time job and don't have time to deal with it. Here I'm paying them $123 for literally doing nothing except tightening a screw on a shower knob and misdiagnosing the multiple other issues I asked them to repair. Icing on the cake is having them repeatedly tell me they'll call me back and then charging my card anyway. If things go well, good for you, if you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved.

They showed up early, fixed my problem quickly, very professional and gave us several recommendations to prevent future issues.

Shame on rotor rooter for stealing my money, I called because my water was yellow and sandy when the technician came they said my toilet is flushing constantly that’s why the water is and sandy,they charge me close to & 3300 and they do something in the toilet and the pump and tell me the water is ok.But they actually make it worse,cause the water is still yellow and when i flush the toilet water comes off the bottom,when i call them and ask them why i pay for know one can give an answer,when i ask for my money they refuse to give me my money back.this is stealing.

Called them at 330 today and they showed up 30 minutes later and fixed my shower and toilet and charged me 80 dollars for an hr. At least 50 bucks cheaper then anyone else. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!!!

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

We recently bought an older house and started having plumbing issues. After having 3 plumbers come by and not fix the issue, we were given the recommendation to give Terry Vereen a call. I'm so glad we did! The lady I spoke to on the phone, also named Tabitha, was very nice and was able to give me some rough estimates over the phone. I've noticed a lot of places won't do that for some reason. I had a lot of questions and she didn't mind answering them. When the team of 2 came out, they listened to the issues we had an immediately figured out what the problem was. They were very quick, efficient, and polite. Fixed the clog and repaired the shower overflow pipes that weren't attached from the previous owners.

Rafael arrived within an hour or so of us scheduling an appointment. He was polite and quickly diagnosed the issue. Due to the quickness in response, the fair price and techs like Rafael, we will definitely use this company in the future!

Duck Duck Rooter inspected and pumped out my septic system. I was expecting to pay a higher amount based on what had to be done and the technician promptly called his office to revise the cost; a huge relief. This company is professional and knows their stuff. There is no question that I will be using them for all of my septic needs.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner
