Best Sewer Pipe in Jacksonville FL

I had not been able to get hot water in my shower. The valve needed replacing. The cost to replace was well over $550. Service was great but extremely overpriced for my budget. Would have been in the $600 had it not been for discount. I had clear caulking and would have preferred clear but got white.

The owner, Keith, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had issues with our guest bathroom shower not heating up. Keith was very thorough and fixed the issue. We will be calling them again for future needs.

Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

Recently bought a house but was having some problems with the plumbing. Even with all the commotion in the world they provided quality work with in an amazing time frame.

Several months ago we had a severely backed up kitchen sink. We were responded to early the following morning and serviced professionally in about an hour and the service fee was in our opinion very reasonable plus there were parts needed in our sink drain replaced.Two days later the water flow in the drain slowed down. The same employee returned, found the issue and our drain has been perfect now for many months. Furthermore, the return visit was covered at no additional cost to us.The experience we have had is worthy of our posting a positive review
