I used Oakley Plumbing twice so far. At first, they charged $100 for showing up only, no work done. On the second visit they replaced the cartridge of my faucet they charged $220. On the third appointment they decided to mark up the water heater price, I disagreed with the mark up, I ordered the w/h by myself online then they stopped communicating and they canceled my appointment without notice. He quoted me $530 with the water heater a week ago but after my water heater got broken he quoted me $850 for the same thing. Plus if he would tell me he wouldn’t install without wasting my time I would call someone else. This is not honest business. Therefore I would not recommend this company.

Chris, the technician, demonstrated more professionalism and determination to identify the problem with our sewer system, than any technician I have ever had experience with. Mr. Rooter are very, very fortunate to have him work for them.

Christopher Anderson was an Excellent technician, he addressed our issues with our garbage disposal within minutes of arrival. He then repaired it and was complete with his work only a few (maybe 30 minutes total) minutes. Christopher Anderson brings great credit to the Bill Fenwick team. His dedication to Integrity, service and Excellence in all he does speaks volumes to me as a customer!

They came out in less than two hours and got the drain cleaned out quickly. The plumber was friendly and polite. He did an excellent job. He followed procedures to ensure everyones safety in our covid world.

I paid for the technician to come out and tell me what I already knew. I did not use the service. $833.00 I am on a limited income. I guess with prices these days I should know better. Will next time. Not recommending.
