Called in for emergency service around 9:00 PM and got answereing service who in turn notified a tech by the first name of Joe. Joe called me outlining an additional night charge of $169.00 which I was fine with and expected. However, then explained a list of potential charges to be incurred once he arrived adding up to 890.00 plus. In retrospect I feel this was done to prevent him from coming out at 10:30 at night as he stated it would be cheaper the following day. At this point I asked for the following day and he mentioned he thinks between 10 and 1:00. Called up dispatch the next day, knew absolutley nothing.

Daniel was our plumbing technician today, he came so quickly and was very profesional, his work was also quick and efficient. We had a sewage backup in all of our bathrooms, he used his tools and found the problem quickly. If anyone happens to get Daniel as their technician, I can guarantee that you’ll be more than satisfied with his work.

Normally, I only write reviews when the service I receive is exceptional or horrendous. In this case,I received exceptional service from Harry L. Hayes plumbing. I had a plumbing issue that I'd been dealing with for quite sometime which was affecting 2 bathrooms in my home. I contacted Harry L. Hayes and received a response immediately with a scheduled time for the very next day. The gentlemen arrived earlier than scheduled and resolved my problems within minutes. The gentlemen were extremely professional and completed the job efficiently and expertly. I have not had any additional issues since. I will use this company again and would recommend their services, without hesitation.

A good solid crew, clearly knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing and problem analysis. Starting the job, the first point done: made a plan and then walked through the house checking the plan against what reality was. The team worked efficiently and VERY cleanly. Walls and ceilings were carefully opened, the cutouts saved to minimize restoration later. As in all re-plumbing jobs, a problem not expected was encountered - they explained where and why a change order would be necessary and kept the additional cost well below what it could have been. Unlike other plumbers, Turner Plumbing restores the walls and ceilings after the job was done.Summary: highly recommended.

Touchton plumbing Has been saved in my cell for several years. I have never used them at my home but I have needed their services for commercial plumbing for years. When I have an emergency it's good to know that you can call your plumbing company and they will be there fast enough to prevent excessive property damage.

The technician (Jonny) that came out to a new rental here that had major plumbing issues was amazing.. he was very determined to take care of some seemingly very old clogs and overcame obstacles to get the job done with patience and professionalism. Great work!

Job not finished, drains still clogged!

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.
