Had sewage backing up into the showers and toilets overflowing on New Years eve! Technician Jay Wade showed up within an hour. He had to unclog the sewer line both inside and outside. Jay is very professional. I intend to give all plumbing work going forward to Mr Rooter. Jay and Mr. Rooter saved the day. Thanks.

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

On a Sunday doing a DYI bathroom remodel, I cut a pipe to short, and couldn't get the valve connected securely. After hours of trying, I finally gave up (main water to the house was off, and that's not good with a family of six). At 10:30 on a Sunday night I contacted Terry Vereen plumbing, within 45 minutes the tech was out, and 30 minutes later the house water was back on. The cost was very good ($170) considering the day and the time of the call.

I called this company they were very prompt to come out and give me a well OVER priced estimate in fact, it was the owner he wanted $625 to empty my septic and inspect it. Then he started talking 15 to 20,000 for a new septic 1200 for permits health department wouldn't allow it in the ground wanted to have a hump in my yard all the good stuff. Luckily, a friend of mine who works for a construction company told me to call Jax plumbing and septic. Randy came out what a nice guy. He scheduled for them to come out and inspect and empty the tank for $300 the tank is just fine all we need is a lid. Money is tight for everyone right now thank God I did not go with Duck Duck rooter. The moral to the story is get second opinions!! Before someone tries to sell you a septic tank you don't need. I have no doubt if they would have done the job for double the price they would have tried to tell me I needed a new septic tank the guy almost acted like there was no doubt so he was definitely trying to sell me take advantage of other companies and get a few prices before you decide on duck duck or anyone for that matter and by the way never call Metro rooter called them a week before 4th of July then called back the week of 4th of July and have still never heard back from anyone to come and look at my tank or dump it and they were the company that used to dump my septic every year back when Tom owned it now do not bother to call that company they evidently are making so much money they don't need new customers even with a friend of mine having people there cuz she worked there for almost 30 years they still did not return the call so stay away from Metro rooter. and I would call other companies like Jack's plumbing and septic or Acne plumbing my neighbor called them and they only charge 275 to dump her tank and inspect it lesson learned. Then he replied.. I DID NOT SAY THEY TOOK ADV OF ME I SAID CONSUMERS...TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SECOND OPINIONS!!! ITS UR RIGHT AS A CONSUMER. DOUBLE THE PRICE IS NOT NORMAL ITS GREEDY. PERIOD. DO YOUR HOMEWORK CALL AROUND. PLEASE! OR WASTE MONEY JUST CAUSE THEIR POLITE DOESNT MEAN THEIR WORTH IT.GOD BLESS!!

This is the fourth time I have used Touchton Plumbing and I will not be using any one else. The plumber Kevin was very friendly and professional. He preformed all the work I needed and was very clean with his installation of my focets. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Don't even call this company. only thing they care is your money. They charge for running their snake machine 1time over $500. it's ridiculous I have been dealing with other plumbers several time before average price were below $300. They don't give price on the phone. never call them.
