Paid $69 for the guy to tell me they would charge $520 to replace a $40 cartridge. Robbery.

Mike Fanelli did a very professional job in clearing a my bathroom plumbing problem. I have been plagued with a clogged plumbing line for years. Other rooters have tried to accomplish it but never did succeed. Mike knew what he was doing and after much work, he succeeded and now I am free of this clogged pipe. Mike is a credit to his Mr Rooter company and I will be asking for him for my next plumbing problem, because he wont stop until he gets the job done right.Thank you Mr Rooter for hiring this competent individual.

Slab leak led to house being replumbed. When the finished hooking up the new pipes, oops they forgot to test the lines before turning on the water. Several leaks spilling water and taking my Internet box out. Water spilled into cabinet above washer dryer and no mention of this. Ruined the cork bottom to my cabinet as well as rags and boxes in the cabinet wet. Drywall guy that came to fix all the holes in the walls and ceilings did a horrible job. He did not clean up after and did not put anything down on the floor to catch any drywall mud. His idea of cleaning up was to use his feet to loosen any mud dripped on the carpet and sweep it up with a broom. They had to have someone else come in a sand the walls because the first guy did not sand at all. All those layers had to be sanded off and redone. What a mess. No discount offered when estimate was for one week. Took an entire month for them to finish.

We needed a new toilet installed in our MB and an outside leaky faucet repaired. Christian & Damion arrived on time and completed the job(s) quickly and efficiently. There was no mess and they were very polite and respectful. Awesome job guys!! We will definitely use Rolland Reash again!

Needed a Plummer on Saturday. They came out within an hour. Rate was reasonable, and the technician was professional, very thorough and polite. She did an outstanding job.

OMG! We had a leak coming through our hallway this morning apparently due to a broken pipe in the attic. We have used Fenwick for years and have always been more than happy with their work, ALWAYS! But today, to say that this outstanding company went above and beyond is an understatement. We were both very concerned with the water coming through the ceiling and hoping for a miracle. I called about 10:45 am and, seriously, by 11:00am, our tech Joshua was here at the house and hard at work in the attic. Fifteen minutes later, he identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and completed the entire project by 12:30! The price was extremely reasonable, and the quick response by Fenwick saved us thousands in repair costs. We are forever grateful to Fenwick, specifically the dispatcher and the tech Joshua. Septic was backing up in yard. Called Duck Duck and asked for a truck to pump out tanks. Scott called me the next day and asked several questions. He suspected the pump was bad and could come out the next day and replace, which he did, also replaced the broken alarm. Now has a customer for life.

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. DWV Plumbing just finished re-piping my condo and installed a new water heater. New exterior faucets front and back. Installed new single bowl kitchen sink. New tub/shower hardware. I've used DWV Plumbing before and will use them in the future because the work is 1st class, on time, priced reasonably, great value. David Veres, the owner, works on the job and has a crew depending on the size of the job. They are excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Had a small problem with our ac unit they came out the same day I called the tech was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to correct the problem. Nice to know you can depend on A-1 to fix whatever needs to be done.
