My problem was a sewer drain blockage causing back up of two bathrooms on a Sunday. My technician was prompt, courteous, and did a good job cleaning up. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Loved Senior discount too.

Jacob did most of the plumbing in our bathroom Reno and did a fabulous job. He was on time did his work and was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him and Harry Hayes Plumbing!!

Mr. Dale came out after I had a fit seeing my tank sitting out of the ground. He assesd the problem and in no time they had it back in the ground and I was up and running. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for good service at a great price!

I was pleased with the service and the gentleman was polite, good job.

They came out for the free estimate, as I was told it would be on the phone, then after giving me a VERY high estimate (> 3 times what I paid another plumber to do it) the guy tried to charge me $59 for the visit. He called the office and they told him it was, indeed supposed to be free.

Sometimes a snarky person answering the phone can keep one from using their services. Unfortunately, I’ve chosen not to use this company because of an unpleasant phone interaction.

The tech showed up 2hrs after call and unclogged us super fast..Way to go presto plumbing...Amen Lord

Woody has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.

When our plumbing pipes clogged in the outside pipes, shutting down usage through the house late at night, I called Advantage Plumbing early morning. They immediately called back and were able to come by at 8am. Brendan and associate were wonderful and the house plumbing was working in less than 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Andrew was the consummate professional... on-time, extremely considerate, responsive, patient with my questions, and took time/care to do an A+ job! He is an asset to Fenwick's organization.

Jeff called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the problem quickly and accurately then proposed a solution which addressed the root cause of the issue. He answered all of my questions and did excellent work. This was a completely positive experience because Jeff was knowledgeable, capable and professional.

Good people and honest

This is the slowest bunch of people ever. They left a 10 foot long hole in my front yard for over a week. I have small grand kids and this was an extreme hazard . The work was done but they never finished and covered the hole. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. Monday the worker showed up at 10am, work 1 hour, went for more parts, finally came back at 1:30 and worked for 1.5 hours and left. He was suppose to finish today, suppose to be here at 9 but didn't show up until after 10 am, they work 1.5 hours, went to lunch at 11:30 and didn't come back until 2:30 (3 hour lunch). They are VERY over priced for the Quality of work. I will NEVER use them nor would I recommend them to anyone. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. I lost over 7 days of vacation for a 2 day job. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with Gator Well & Septic.The Owners had such care and compassion for my situation (an old/barely functioning septic tank and a drain field that was completely damaged, due to the roots from a huge oak tree in my backyard. Scott & Jason are the BEST! They aren't in the business just to make money and for profit, they are in the business to HELP and provide exceptional service to ALL their customers. I truly appreciate Gator Well & Septic for the wonderful job that they did for me, I will be recommending this company to anyone that is in the need of Well or Septic work. Thank you, Scott and Jason, you both are appreciated by me!
