Gator Well & Septic

I would like to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with Gator Well & Septic.The Owners had such care and compassion for my situation (an old/barely functioning septic tank and a drain field that was completely damaged, due to the roots from a huge oak tree in my backyard. Scott & Jason are the BEST! They aren't in the business just to make money and for profit, they are in the business to HELP and provide exceptional service to ALL their customers. I truly appreciate Gator Well & Septic for the wonderful job that they did for me, I will be recommending this company to anyone that is in the need of Well or Septic work. Thank you, Scott and Jason, you both are appreciated by me!

Highly recommend. Tom and Tom were fast, knowledgeable, on time. They didn't try to up sale me on anything. They actually let me know that I already had a spare blater tank so that saved me 350.00 off the top. Also I was home alone and I felt comfortable . Which means alot to me and my husband They are very professional and we will definitely call them for an issues that might and will happen in the future.

With my well not working due to the pump motor dying they were incredibly helpful to get me back up and running again with water the same day I called them. Very professional and courteous. Thanks guys.

The initial interaction has been very good. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I quickly received an on-sight evaluation and immediate proposal including firm cost. Plus, I can get the job scheduled in a timely manner rather than 6 weeks out.

Wow, this business rocks! Woke up to no water pressure. I'm on a well in Ponte Vedra. Called Gator. They worked their schedule to fit me in and were at the house within 3 hours!! Turned out it was a simple pressure switch. Quick repair with honest, professional service. Highly recommend!

Asplundh Tree Service backed over my Wellhead and broke it. I had to call Gator Plumbing and they fixed it immediately the following day! They replaced all of the plumbing that was broken and all of the plumbing that had overheated due to the pumps excess running. I was so happy with my experience with them I am going to call them and make an appointment for them to repair my septic. Great company and great work ethic. He didn't leave until the job was done! He even had to go buy other parts from the local hardware store because he didn't have exactly what he needed. Thoroughly impressed with their work ethic. Highly recommend Gator well and septic!!!

I unfortunately called another company who took advantage of my lack of knowledge before I called Gator. My mistake cost me $700 to a company that failed to fix the issue. I called Gator/Flamingo and not only did they have a rapid response, but they showed me what the issue was, what caused it and then resolved it for me. I highly recommend them due to their integrity, knowledge and professionalism!

I made the appointment over the phone with Stephanie to have my septic pumped. She was so helpful setting my appointment and explained everything. The driver called as promised as to what time he would be at my house. I definitely will refer this company and use them again when needed!

I will say excellent customer service from office staff and the driver who show up on time big plus. The helper not so much wasn't very knowledgeable about what he was doing he end up chopping up my grass it is a mess. I did try calling in to report it but was place on hold for a few minutes so I hung up.Update owners reach out within a hour after the post last week and handle the situation thanks so much. Now you can have 5 stars. Job well done .

Great experience. I called them on a Saturday to drain our overflowing septic tank at our church and they showed up one hour later. Dalton and Greg were the nicest guys to work with and very professional, they explained to me that our pumps weren't working, this was the reason it overflowed. Now I know who to call if my house septic or any other plumbing issues come up. I highly recommend, trust me, being the Facilities Manager at our church I deal with a lot of businesses. I own several rental properties that have septic tanks outside. I was a little skeptical at first when choosing what company I wanted to help me for the properties.I love the fact that Scott doesn’t try to upsell you on any products and he explained several different options to me when I had concerns for pricing. I felt he really had my best interest in mind.His crew was on time and also cleaned up well when the job was finished. We were on a short deadline and they fit us in! They were on time, professional and very educated! This was my buyers first time with a septic system and they made them feel at ease and answered all their questions without being annoyed!!

We were in need of having the septic tank pumped out and the pump alarm sounded continuously. After calling several plumbers we called Gator Well & Septic who was able to handle all of our needs.They were quick to send out a technician who pumped out the system, tested the pumps and confirmed the problem was that the pumps. Needed two septic systems inspected for a permit I was trying to pull. Called on a Friday after hours and had the inspection scheduled within fifteen minutes. They showed up on time, did a great job, thorough inspection of both systems. The county was pleased and the permit approved, all within five days!

This was an amazingly responsive company. They were out the day I called for service. Their guys showed up as promised and ready to work! Other companies were telling me they couldn’t get out for days. Would highly recommended them, 10 out of 10 service! We Will be calling the gator from now on!

Tom was polite and very educational on all the ins and outs with all my sump pump questions..Honesty is what I respect most..He trouble shooted the pump and found only the float was bad..Saved me $300...Any issues in the future will give Tom and Gator Well and Septic my future business.

Flamingo/ Gator Septic performed the installation of the septic system in our rental in the Vilano Beach/ St Augustine area at lower price than the companies in the area and on time. Jason and his team were very professional and responsible.

We brought a home and called flamingo septic to pump our septic tank but they couldn't locate the septic tank and wanted 500.00 to locate the septic tank but we called gator septic the found and pumped it for the one low price for the pumping thanks so much
