Robert and his helper installed a new faucet, corrected the installation of a sink that was previously done incorrectly by another plumber, and answered a question about a built-in soap dispenser. Also he located the water shut off for my house; I told him that I have lived here for 25 years, and he was the first person to find the shut off.

I am very pleased with the work that Harry Hayes Plumbing did for me. The entire team (office, estimator and technicians) was courteous and so easy to work with. I would use them again!

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. We were very pleased with the work! Chris and his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Chris took upon the initial consultation/estimate visit to thoroughly walk through our home and begin to problem solve some unique issues that we had. Older WH went bad could not be repaired. In less than 24 hrs had a replacement installed at a reasonable price. Tech very friendly and efficient.

I recently had a clogged drain fixed by DWV plumbing. Gene was very professional and his communication was excellent. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out to my house in the afternoon and complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend DWV for anyone in need of a plumber!

Eddie and the team did an awesome job installing a new water heater. I am a renter and had a tankless heater installed improperly 3 years ago by another company. I needed an all new hot water heater (which they installed quickly the day before Thanksgiving!!) They even went above and beyond and spent time on the phone explaining the countless issues with the old heater installed improperly to my landlord.Awesome company.. nice guys- I’d highly recommend!

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.

But they also have some of the best customer service as well as honesty, reliability and trustworthiness.
