Darley’s answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! Poor service.... truck leaked oil all over my driveway. To this day can not get it up. Been weeks now. Adding to this, the driver doesn’t know how to drive and went off the driveway and has cracked it in 6 different areas. I’m paying 12k to replace it now. Yes I know that I’m sure the poor communication owner will reply to this.... I signed a waiver on any damages. Well wouldn’t of had any of this if the truck stayed on the driveway. So my 500k house now will have a eye sore. Owner did call me on my complaint weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep from him again. Will never use this company again along with all my neighbors.

The day after Thanksgiving we discovered our outdoor irrigation system sprang a leak and was gushing water. We called Crabtree and left a message; they called us back within 30 minutes and there guy was here less than an hour later. He explained the problem and quickly got it repaired. Will definitely use Crabtree from now on! Greatly appreciated their quick response, honesty, and professionalism.
