Best Residential in Jacksonville FL

We had Devin and Sam with American Electrical at our house this morning and they did a wonderful job!! They were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time (early even!) and called beforehand to say they were on their way, they did a great job installing some home automation items....we would highly recommend them!

They were fast and efficient. They fixed her power box so we could bake.

Called for service. They could not come out for two days . Was told last night they would be here this morning I make time out of my schedule to make sure I am available and then no show. I call to find out what is going on I am told my service is not going to happen until this evening with no reason other than something more important came up which tells me my business is not important no call and they lady on the phone really didn't seem concerned. I canceled my new appointment they made without checking with me. What a joke.

American Electric of Jacksonville is the electric company to use. I am a commercial painting contractor, and this is the company that is usually on the job too. I know they also do residential because I had two issues at my house, and they easily fixed them. Wes is very knowledgeable. Ask for him.

Penny was so responsive throughout the process. She kept me informed all the way and eased my concerns. I was without power and the same day my power was restored! The electrician Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked so hard! The owner even came by during the evening hours to drop off supplies to Ryan. Donna the first contact with the company was very nice and informative and placed me on the schedule a few days into the week ( wednesday) for the estimator Mike...a few days pass Donna call to say Mike is on the way..Mike arrives exactly ON TIME, look over the job, asks a few questions for a electrical change out at the box..did some math, called back to the shop for a few minutes, typed into a little hand held computer..discussed when and how' s related to the job like how long it would take etc..showed me the TOTAL COST.. and OFFERED A DATE OF COMPLETION..exhanged signatures and numbers etc..about a WEEK LATER Donna the secretary called and said the guys were loading the stuff for your location..about a hour went by ..the electrician shows up ON TIME..starts the electrical work, works quietly, cleans up the mess, EXPLAINS the completed work..LABELS THE PANEL.. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.. Thompson Electric has forever POSITIVELY changed the way I commonly had to deal with electricians..each highlighted word above is why I will continue to use THOMPSON ELECTRIC..thanks Donna, Mike, and Mikey...

We have used them 4 times and have seen three different crews and each one has been great. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, safely and professionally.

Devin & Derek came by to fix our electric wiring and was in and out in about 30 minutes! Absolutely recommend these two for any electrical work in your house! Quality Electric has been providing electrical service for my mobile home community since March 2022. This company is top flight and now a permanent addition to our contractor vendor list. Nothing but fantastic things to say about Crawford! Moved into an older home that needed rewired, lighting installed, repairs to existing electrical system. They were on-time and extremely knowledgeable. Last company we had out wanted to take out everything and replace with new. Would have been nice to do, but we just couldn't fit it in our budget so he ended up not calling us back. Our job wasn't huge, but Crawford treated us like it was. Give them a shout if you need help with electrical stuff. They are great!! Highly recommend.
