The technician was rude to my elderly Mom and made her feel uncomfortable. I would give no stars if it was an option.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people, especially the woman that answers the phone...an absolute caustic rude woman. After a very heated discussion i chose to not let them do the work for fear they would mess things up worse. Terrible experience.

We have been very pleased with the services we've received from Terry Vereen Plumbing in the past few months. They were recommended to me by a coworker. We've called them out 3 times for 3 different repairs we've needed and all were very well done. They work quickly, do great work, are respectful of my home (wore shoe covers as I requested) and left everything neat and clean at the end. I must give a shout out to Joe F. and Joe T. who came in last week for one service and, because they were so efficient, I added a few more services on while they were here. The pricing was reasonable and we remain happy with their work.

Robert was so kind and responsive. He came immediately after hours to help service my problem and handled it quickly. I will definitely remember to call whenever I need plumbing services again.

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work, a true professional, you need to call Dave at DWV.

Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldn't. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

I bought a condo in Baymeadows and used Aldridge & Sons to re pipe the whole unit, replace faucets, shower heads and hot water heater. Bill and his son Chris were exceptional in their customer service and follow up. And they wore uniforms and worked clean which was important to me. When I was calling around for estimates they were among the lowest. When I spoke to their office manager, Lisa, she directed me to their web site for a $25 off coupon. If I ever have future plumbing needs Aldridge & Sons will be who I call.

The guys they sent were AMAZING! They didn’t drag their feet or milk the clock, they were hard workers and were honest with my husband. I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.
