Best Repair Water Fixtures in Jacksonville FL

I had a laundry tub in my detached garage removed. The plumbers did a great job. My house dates from the 1940's and there is no job that isn't difficult, but they are experts. This is the first time I used this company, but I will definitely use them again.

We are going through a process here. Maybe we have a slab leak, maybe we do not and it is something else. Only reason for the 4 Star rating, because all we actually know it's there is a problem.Today, the new toilet to replace the ,60+ year original version was installed and the MB sliding toilet problem addressed. We were happy with the work and solutions proposed. Hall bath has a functional fixture, MB fixed up probably as much as possible. Pleased with the care and workmanship.Estimator came out on the slab leak issue. I think every other company would be talking slab jackhammer and massive destruction, not to mention the $$$. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what is actually happening. We will be continuing this process with them.I have to say that this business impresses me on multiple levels. There is no sense of anyone trying to jack up charges. The plumbers and helpers try diligently​ to complete work within the hourly rate. For us, this means we get some little bonus fixes such as a leaky faucet if they finish the original problem quickly. Everyone we have had here has been sweet, competent, and willing to have the little old lady in residence saying, well, since you are here....Works for me!Edit. The company sent one of their technicians out, to further diagnose the issue. He pulled the MB toilet, and discovered the flange was broken. Since this toilet was repaired just a couple months ago, he seemed to think the original plumber may have missed something. Flange and service call were completed at no charge to us and the leaking issue appears to be completely resolved.So, again, I highly recommend these guys. If they don't get it right the first time, they fix it.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

Chris was very helpful and took the time to explain (with patience) what exactly was the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Quality of work was good. I would highly recommend Lettow plumbing to others

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY *****Where do I begin.....first of all I hired this company to do a total repipe on a rental property of mine. On the day of the job I never heard from them saying it was completed and if there were any issues. The next phone call I got was to ask how I was paying? I asked by email for some of the details, such as did they have to repipe at the meter, or just at the house....and I never got that answer. Let me check with my guys was the reply. So I never spoke with anyone that had first hand knowledge of the work completed. Then 10 days later, my tenants called to say sewage was backing up into the tub and around the toilet. I frantically called Eagerton again, thinking this was their fault. They apparently sent someone out late yesterday and my tenants told them I wanted a phone call to explain the issue. Guess what? No phone call. Certainly they'll call today to ask for payment. Am I expecting too much? Asking for a phone call from the company who completes work at my property to tell me what the issue is/was? I think not. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I had called two plumbers one took me for my money. I giggled plumbers near me. I prayed to get a good plumbing company Sunshine State came up. I called they came when they said on time professional, clean and a good price. I will always use them as long as they keep up their awesome service. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. He fixed pipes behind my shower tub surround without tearing the wall apart. I can’t even see where he went behind the wall. Thank you Sunshine State.

We chose Atlantic Coast Plumbing and tile after seeing their work on a neighbors bathroom remodel. We had been looking for a while without luck so we called for an estimate. Vann and his office staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. They always kept us informed of any changes in scheduled arrival times. We weren't exactly sure how to approach the remodel but Vann suggested several options based on our own ideas. He and his team were very efficient in the execution of the project and couldn't have been more professional in dealing with all our questions and on the fly changes. Drew's tile and plumbing work was exceptional and the crew always prepared the house for the work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were here every day without fail and completed the job in great time with little inconvenience to us. We couldn't be happier with the end result. These are your guys if you are considering a remodel or tile and plumbing work in general.

They were so rude on the phone after refusing to quote me for a water heater flush. I was planning on also having them quote me for a water softening system install, but forget it I'll find somebody else.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I called them to do a health check of my plumbing in an older building where several drains were slow and one toilet was particularly not getting enough flush pressure. Unfortunately I could not be there but when I was able to inspect the “work” noticed zero improvement. I never received any communication from them until I and my fiancé receive a correspondence in separate letters less than one week later with $150 Bill with a handwritten note “None payment on property- notice of intent to lein on property”.Besides the obvious mistakes in grammar and spelling, imagine the audacity of treating a customer like this after 7 days of “past due” status.I call the woman Rene who said she had been calling me every day that week. I checked my caller ID and not one call from her number.This is a joke of a company so buyer beware.

Added a drain fill, sewer line repair, cleaned up after theirselves, explained everything to us Mark especially. I will be recommending to EVERYONE. They also do AC. Thank you so much for being a good company.

I have used Steve for years. He is very responsive and his work is excellent. He is very versatile and has done plumbing work in the yard, the garage and the house.

Had a emergency situation where i had a line break and main valve would not turn off. Called and Brittany was very helpful, Travis should up with his partner, both were extremely helpful and courteous even though i could tell they had a long hot day in July. Fixed me up quick and job was perfect. Thank you!

They were very honest people and told me the repairs need were the city’s responsibility and didn’t change anything. Gave me great advice and saved me 4,500 dollars for the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for any of my projects.

I appreciate their prompt response, I only waited for a couple of hours after making an appointment because they were servicing another house. They work efficiently and clean, I’m happy that there was no mess at all. Eric was really great; he even recommended ways to avoid clogs. This company gets a NEGATIVE review from me. Submitted a claim with America’s Home Place to have three spigots repaired in my home. This company reported we “Physically damaged” all three spigots ourselves. Why/How would we crack a kitchen sink and why would we break the handles off of our bathroom sink and bathtub? Seriously........let’s break the handles off of them so that we can’t turn our water off and on???? Duhhhhh!!!!!! Not to mention the guy was rude. Don’t bother calling this company!
