Update: 5/31/22I received a call from Lia, Duck Duck manager on the below. She listened to the history and helped resolve the issue immediately. She shared with me how the owners and team were very committed to their customer and was extremely kind. It was the service I am used to with this company.She restored my loyalty to this company. I have since revised my rating based on her ability to listen, support and resolve this issue.Thank you Lia!!!!We have used this company several times with no issue. The last visit we noticed the crew only opened one cover to our tank versus both as they had done each time. We didn’t worry about it and didn’t ask. The next time we called them to service our tanks we noticed the crew did not lift both openings again.Not knowing the process or why it occurred every time before we called and inquired. They shared that it must have two tanks and that they would send someone out to do a pump out at no charge. We did not need one at that time but thought it was nice.After they got there, they did the services and once they were done the crew lead told us we did not have two tanks but two openings and he used a term, calling it something I can’t remember nor am I familiar with. Either way I did not think anything about it. Until we get a bill and calls telling us that we now had to pay since it wasn’t two tanks as they thought for the pump out even though we were quoted $0 (and did not need it at that point). If they looked at it and saw that there was only one tank and that there would be a cost because of the type of tank they should have told us BEFORE they did the service and let us know allowing us to decide if we still wanted it.The manager (Helen Heyman) was soooo rude, she called to tell us we now had to pay for the service and could have cared less that we were a repeat customer. Actually told us we agreed to the charge if it was not two tanks and that she had a recording of it. We asked her to let us hear it but magically there was not one (so she lied on top of everything).I want the owner or her boss to know how she does their customers and now because of her lies and the way she handled this they don’t have to worry about us being a repeat customer. She single handed caused this write up, customer dissatisfaction and was ruder than anyone I have dealt with in a very long time.Maybe someone should actually record her calls so they can hear how she treats the customers. When I asked to talk to someone else like a manager. She was quick to tell me she was the manager.Maybe you guys should look for another manager.

Really appreciated the two personable young men who came to fix my bathroom sink plumbing and install my new vanity. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They were fast, efficient, professional and paid attention to details. Did a great job cleaning up. Now I can complete my bathroom renovation. I will only use Letto Plumbing from now on. Efficient & reasonably priced. Couldn’t be more pleased. ??

I have been dealing with A1 plumbing for greater than 30 years; initially in New Jersey and since 2008 here in the Jacksonville Florida area. They have never let me down.

I highly recommend this team for any plumbing job. Beau, Eddie, Emily and the entire Premier team are the best in the business. I had the pleasure to have Eddie do the work in my home. Eddie is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great work ethic.They deserve a 10 star rating.

We had a leak, not sure where it was coming from! Slab or pipes we did our own investigating work- no luck. Call Aldridge & Son's Plumbing Sam and Joe came over and with in 10 minutes discovered that under out dish washer the water holder was split open and each time we ran it massive amount of water were running behind out cabinets traveling thru the kitchen and ending in our GARAGE.. with no base board or wall issues!

Dwayne Jammes was awesome! great plumber. Would recommend.

The Best

This was one of the best plumbing experiences we’ve had. We were quoted $2300 for installing the 3 compartment sink in our kitchen; Betro’s did it for $750 and it would have been less had we not run into a minor issue created by another contractor. They cleaned up after themselves, were punctual and professional, and got straight to work when they arrived. Would definitely use again!

Tyler and Preston were on time, very professional and quickly unclogged our shower drain and fixed a sink leak in our laundry room. Excellent service. This is the first time I have used Hall's and will definitely use them again!

I had a dish washer problem that was causing water to leak under my sink.I made the appointment for the tech to come but had to reschedule on short notice. Presto Plumbing accommodated my schedule change and the tech (Aaron P. ) arrived on time the following day and in about an hour he analyzed the problem and quickly fixed it. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and informative Aaron was. He truly exceeded my expectations. I will without question call Presto with any of my future plumbing needs!Thanks for the great job!
