The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

I called this company out to do work first at my house then at my parents house.They were clean and very patient with my dad's question asking. The repairs they made at both homes were quality repairs. Both plumbers were nice and clean/ I would recommend them.

Saturday morning kitchen sink clogged Joe showed up within an hour professional friendly courteous. Will definitely be calling this company back again with any plumbing issues in future. Very affordable as well

AJ and Rodney came out to pump out the septic tank. They were very friendly and did a great job cleaning out the tank. They checked the system out and answered any questions we had for them. Will use Duck Duck Rooter again.

Re-piped my dad's house and did great work.

James and Trey could not have been better representatives for their company; they came in and quickly evaluated my drainage issue and provided a quote for repair right on the spot! Very polite and professional. They scheduled my service to occur for the following day. This is the go to plumber if you want quick response and professional service.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

An awesome family run company. Great quality work!

Needed replacement of pipe leading from house to septic. Sounds easy, but the pipe ran through the middle of a very thick long hedge, and we were afraid the plumber would butcher the shrubs. Eagerton gave us the lowest price and gently disturbed only one shrub to get the job done. Cleaned up so well, you can't tell they were even here. Very pleased.

When I called Betros Plumbing with a toilet/pipe issue, I was given an appointment for the next day. Jay and Travis diagnosed and repaired the problem and gave me helpful advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. I asked for an estimate for a new water heater purchase and installation. After accepting the estimate via email, I received a phone call and was again able to get an appointment for the following day. Jay and Travis did quality work replacing the water heater and answered all my questions. The people who spoke with me on the phone regarding both service calls were also friendly and professional.
