Our technician was very professional and gave me several options on the job that needed to be done without making me feel a higher priced option would be better. My absolute Favorite thing is a text was sent showing me the technician’s picture. It made me feel more comfortable having a service person enter my house.

Excellent service!! My grandmother had to call for a plumber to come out today (We all know how crappy that can be). Mr Jerry Ward showed up immediately! We have never had a plumber respond so quickly. He made her feel her job was priority and was very professional and courteous. Had an issue with our drainpipe from a recently remodeled bathroom that Mr. Conner came out to take a look at. We were under the initial impression that we’d likely have to get the entire drainpipe replaced, but Josh looked at the plumbing and determined that our contractor had incorrectly seated and sealed the toilet to the drainpipe, resulting in water in the crawlspace. He was up front about what he expected the issue to be, didn’t bs us at all, and when he removed the toilet to confirm what the problem was he had accurately identified the source of the water. Would highly recommend Harry Hayes plumbing - friendly, professional, and above all they won’t take you for a ride to try and make an extra buck.

The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Had a slow draining sink in bathroom that was affecting the toilet and shower. Called Duck Duck Rooter, and made an appointment for the next day, quick and easy. Josh had my sink draining again in twenty minutes. Made sure the other issues were cleared up, and that cleaning out the drain did the job. Super friendly, and will call them again for any future plumbing needs :)

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

They installed new shower fixtures in my sons bathroom. Drew was very nice to speak with and took care of me very quickly. Chris came and was very personable explained everything to me and even looked at my water heater and disposal. They were very reasonable and performed the work quickly. Would highly recommend using.

This was 2nd guy because the young man yesterday was unable to unclog drain even though he really tried. Jerry came in and asked issue then put tarp down before bringing in equipment. He was able to clear clog in half the time and was very pleasant. Kudos to him!!The other young man was pleasant and tried very hard to resolve the issue. I realize Jerry was more experienced. But I believe you gotta start somewhere so I am sure he will get to that point eventually. My sink was pretty bad and I bought the stuff they recommend for maintenance. I would recommend this company again

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work, a true professional, you need to call Dave at DWV.
