Best Plumbing Leak in Jacksonville FL

Mr. Zeck & his tech team took charge of my horrible floods in my walls & floor, like a knight in shining armor took control & saved my home with a complete new Re-Plumb with all the wonderful new Amenities that he has given above & beyond. Doing this week of complete re plumb his tech team made this JURNEY a pleasant one for me. I was even able to nap in my chair feeling safe & secure with the team working around me with such respect. We had Oakley Plumbing come out to assess old cast iron pipes, a leak inside the wall, and plumbing issues that we were having. Our warranty company hired him. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, documented all kinds of issues, went under the house and found problems other plumbers weren't willing to look for. Because of his thorough inspection and advise our warranty company was had to fix the issues properly. Highly recommend him.

Company was promp but expensive.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

We had the pleasure of calling this awesome company to come out and deal with our kitchen sink. We were scheduled for them to come out around 9-11 and he came right on time at 9! He got the job done and in a short time. Didn’t make a mess or anything. Steve worked on our kitchen sink, he drained our pipe out and replaced a disposal. He was very informative/knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The ladies at the desk were sweet and had great communication. I would highly recommend them!

Young men that came to my home fell thru the garage roof and hall roof.Didn't even bother to tell me.Replumbed whole house.Made 28 trips all together.Tried to discuss with Mr. Vereen and he ask us to leave his office.He could have taken time to send somone out to check their work.Some of the plumbing was not even connected.In the attic where the man fell thru twice didn't even put the insulation back up.Took days to even get somone to patch which looks awful.Plus they took the ice maker hose and bent into and shoved in back of air conditioner.Wondered why ice machine never worked again.They came highly recommended to me.Very very disappointed as I'm having to pay to have redone.

I used the online chat feature to contact the company on the company website. I was called promptly by the dispatch team and an appointment was scheduled later that same day. My issue was that my kitchen faucet was leaking. Anticipating that I would need a new faucet, I ran to Loew's and purchased a replacement faucet. The technician arrived on time. I showed him where the faucet was leaking and showed him the faucet I had purchased. He then pulled out his iPad and told me the cost to replace the faucet would be $700+ ( cannot remember the exact figure because I was in shock). He then said but I can give you a $300 discount on that and your final Price will be $500+, again I cannot remember the exact figure. I then asked the technician how long would it take to to replace this faucet. He responded that it would take him 45 minutes to an hour. Dumbfounded and now mad about the apparent gouging that Fenwick Plumbing seems to get away with, I asked the technician to leave. He then said I owed an $89 service fee and $20 fuel charge. I absolutely refused to pay him and he left. I then called the company to inquire if that was actually the right quote to replace the faucet. First, I had to file a formal complaint to speak to someone in management so I did, A couple of hours later I did receive a call from one of the owners who proceeded to tell me that was the correct price. He further asked if the technician explained that they would replace all the parts that went from the faucet and under the sink. I told him no but you cannot justify that price for replacing a minimal amount of parts since I had purchased the replacement faucet already. I told that I refused to pay his service fee and he acknowledged that and said I did not have to pay it. I cannot urge people enough DO NOT CALL Fenwick Plumbing.

Lettow is reliable, honest, very reasonably priced, quick on responding either call or text, exceptional work and great staff. I met Mr. Lettow on the 2nd job. He was extremely kind and helpful in explaining everything about the plumbing issues we were having. Thank you Mr. Lettow and your staff great customer service.

Wow incredibly rude! I called to get an estimate on a busted pipe (he makes a snarky comment on why I only want an estimate if the pipe is busted... I had the main shut off duh) and the guy asks me how many people I've called, tells me he doesn't want to put a bid in, and hangs up. Why be so rude? They were last on my list because of all the bad reviews; now I know why all the 1-stars.

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

Always helps me and my crazy plumbing in an older Jax Beach house. Never know what he will find but always fixes it perfectly!

THE 5 STARS ARE FOR A-1 PLUMBING TECHNICIAN, DAVIAN ONLY!!I am writing this review because I want to warn propective customers that this company is not transparent with their pricing and do not disclose their basic prices to customers.As a result, I was caught off guard by a $254.00 charge, after the technician arrived at my home.I purchased a new stove and called TECO People's Gas, the provider of gas to my home. People's Gas recommended A-1 Plumbing. I called A-1 and was advised of a nonrefundable $79 dispatch fee. I asked the representative what would be the average charge for basic gas stove hookup. I was told their company policy prohibited this information from being related yo customers. I should have called another company. However, I decided on A-1 Plumbing assuming it should not cost more than $50-$75 for the hookup. The A-1 technician came out, took a picture of the connection, called the company, and was told to charge would be $175.00 for the hookup. Dispath fee $75 plus Hook up fee $175 = $254.00. There was no additional equipment or parts required. I called A-1 thinking the charge was an error. Spoke with Robbie, who said he was a manager. Robbie stated the $175 charge was the standard charge. I asked why wasn't I told the charge when I asked for it during my initial call. He reiterated the company's policy of not disclosing their pricing to customers.I told Robbie I thought the Company charge was exorbitant, their pricing misleading and I would give the company a less than positive review. Shortly, after, I received a call from Amber, stating the $79 dispatch fee would be waived. One positive for the company is Davian, the tecnician. Davian called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and technically proficient. He tested for leaks around gas connection, insured the stove was balanced, and both stove burners and oven were correctly lighted and worked properly.Finally, although I appreciated the dispatch fee waiver, the fact remains that A-1 Plumbing's charged of $175 for a basic gas stove hookup was exhorbitant and bord er s on price gauging, they are not transparent with their pricing, and do not disclose to the customer their basic gas stove installation pricing. Beware of this company.!!! I will not use them ever again.
