Best Plumbing Issue in Jacksonville FL

I love Darley's Plumbing! I received excellent customer service, from the initial phone call to request service, to the completion of the work. Excellent staff, courteous and very professional. Pam worked us into the schedule as soon as she could, James, and Robert, thank you for being so kind and helpful. We are not using any other plumbing company but Darley's from now on.

We had a bad blocking in the kitchen sink. After trying the snake Eric went on top of the roof in 95 degree heat. He worked until it was a clear running drain. Harry Hayes is an excellent plumbing company with great employees. Highly recommended.

Turner Plumbing was sent out by my warranty company. Alex K And Lu came out and they were wonderful. They were able to fix the shower valve quickly and cleaned up after. They did not try to make the repair more than what it was so they could charge more. This is the 2nd time they have come out to my house and both times they were awesome!

About four months ago my Septic was down for the count. Sewage backing up into the house was a huge buzzkill so we contacted Duck Duck to help us get it squared away. Over the course of a multiple pump outs and inspections, Duck Duck has us now sitting with a brand new system and drain field and it's good to be back to routine bathroom business. Jeff and his team were fantastic, from the initial estimates to the final product. The team left the drain field and septic area looking sharp as they ensured it was packed and level then covered with straw and grass seed. During the course of the install they determined that there were some equipment they didn't need to use and were expeditious in getting our final price adjusted. Overall I'm extremely grateful for the quick work and professionalism of the Duck Duck team and would without a doubt recommend for any septic needs.

Miguel arrived to my house earlier than expected. He was very pleasant and very thorough diagnosing multiple problems in my home. He wrote me a fair estimate and completed all repairs promptly. We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

Jake did a good job making a repair in our shower very quickly. He was able to explain what he was doing and provide good recommendations for what to consider doing for future renovations. Appreciated his help!

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

David and his son, came out to our home so help us with our well pump, they made our day.We bought a house without noticing that had a well, we were really concerned because we thought our well wasn’t working, we reach out to them. Made an appointment, and they got there… on time.
