Best Plumbing Issue in Jacksonville FL

Purchased new Trane AC, have been long time customer and have usually received good service. Unit was installed, but variable speed fan was left with setting of wide open only, which was obviously wrong. I was out of town, and the installers left knowing this was incorrect. Two weeks later when I returned I called to have situation corrected, and got a lecture on how busy Monday mornings were, but they would get out the next day, Matt the service technician was great, he fixed the problem and also programed the thermostat, which the installers also ignored. All this after I spent almost $7000.00 to be assured that they do this all the time and there would be no problems. Not a single phone call or message from owners or management. Call me old fashion, but my experience left much to be desired.
