We have used another company for 20 years until service level and price changed. We installed a whole house dehumidifier with Donovan and decide to use them to service AC unit. Tech arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and completed the job without issue. He even put shoe covers on when coming in the house. Worked efficiently and moved on to the next appointment. Very pleased with the service and glad I made the change!
