This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. We were very pleased with the work! Chris and his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Chris took upon the initial consultation/estimate visit to thoroughly walk through our home and begin to problem solve some unique issues that we had. From that initial visit to the final walk through visit that he did, everyone took the time to listen and respond to questions and to explain daily progress. We look forward to calling upon Lettow Plumbing in the future should there be a need and highly recommend the company to others!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

I have a 76 year old house with the original plumbing. I was told by my neighbor to call Eagerton who are very experienced with replacing older piping. Dewayne was very professional and was such a hard worker. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This is a company that believes in customer service, I am a very happy customer. Only Eagerton for my plumbling needs for sure.

Roz was amazing to work with. We had to have our septic system replaced. There were rain delays as well as access to our property but through it all she stayed in touch and kept us informed. Wayne and his crew were great. Once they could get access and the rain stopped they worked hard and had the job done in 3 days and did a great job. I would recommend highly!! Thank you!! Steve is fantastic. Quick to respond to an emergency type request when out of town as well as a routine maintenance request. Very informative and helpful in more than just immediate plumbing concerns. Nice to not have to deal with multiple people when making a simple call for service. Steve does it all.

I called at 11am and someone was at our house before 2pm! I was very impressed with the seamless process to get someone to investigate our issue. Our technician Rondell was very professional and explained every part of the process to me. After diagnosis, he gave me multiple options to consider and gave me the reasons for choosing each option. He left the work area very clean when he was done. We will definitely use again!

They were very honest people and told me the repairs need were the city’s responsibility and didn’t change anything. Gave me great advice and saved me 4,500 dollars for the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for any of my projects.

I originally sent an email over the weekend thinking I would not hear from them until Monday. I was surprised when I got a quick response from Eric. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I received a call courtesy call prior to arrival and Eric showed up on time. I was immediately impressed with Eric. He was clearly professional and he was also very personable. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and I accepted. He was able to quickly obtain all parts and returned to complete the work the same day. He was assisted by Maynard who was equally personable. I really like these guys and will recommend to my friends.

My landlord hired these people on August 20th to fix a connection between the main water line and our apartment complex. While the water doesn't taste like shrimp anymore, they apparently cut the cable while digging in the yard and left me (and possibly the other tenant) without cable or internet for over 9 days now. I'm not pleased by this at all!

It been 3 weeks with out our hot water heater, they were supposed to have the part last Friday and install last Monday. Called the on Tuesday and they were going to check on the part never called back. Called American Home Shield and they are pretty worthless called the plumber and they did not have a answer as to why they did not repair the hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
