After a phone call from the office making sure an arrival slightly before the scheduled time slot was OK, the plumbers arrived and got to work. The supply line to the toilet had a slight leak/drip. Trying to keep the work as simple as possible, they first tried replacing the end near the valve but it didn't solve the problem. They had no choice but to cut a hole in the wall. They did it as small as possible, very neatly and with a minimum amount of damage. Problem solved! Nice, professional workers.

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

This is a very reliable company. I made an appointment for Wednesday needed it for Monday and they had a cancellation called me and they came on Monday to service my septic tank. They cleaned it very helpful reliable. I will call them again. You can count on them, presto, plumbing, and septic.

We had a complete master bath tear out with new walls, floor, reduced soffit with overhead shower, new towel rack and fixture installed. The tile work is second to none. Vann, Drew and Jordon are top notch professionals.We were expecting a mess but were surprised that at the end of each day, we didn't even know they had been in the house. They covered the adjacent furniture from the bathroom and the walkways in the house. The work area was clean and tidy after each phase of the remodel.We can't wait to have them back to do the guest bath next.Kevin and Theresa

Roz was amazing to work with. We had to have our septic system replaced. There were rain delays as well as access to our property but through it all she stayed in touch and kept us informed. Mark and his helper were great!! They came in asked me what was happening with my AC. He was able to detect the problem under five minutes ! He had my AC working within 10 minutes of being here! I attempted a plumbing repair that proved to be a little beyond my skills and resulted in me turning off the water for the whole house. Travis from Fenwick was able to respond in a very timely matter and quickly resolve the situation and turn on the water. Excellent service and a very understanding gentleman. On another occasion, a team from Fenwick checked and then replaced my water heater. Very timely and professional. I've always been pleased.

Well pump quit working during the night. 24 hour service called had four others ahead of us so she said it would be the next day early afternoon. They called to advise when the plumber was coming to the house. He was very professional, explained what he was going to have to do. Found the problem and had us up and running. I will definitely tell my friends about the great experience we had with this company and I used the Yulee office.

I would highly recommend Amelia Plumbing and Royce. I called at 330pm and Royce arrived at 5pm, completed the job quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up up the work area and answered my questions.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. All hours plumbing is a horrible name for a company that closes at 4:30 pm and isn’t open on the weekends. Had a repair man come out and say that we needed an electrician to check the problem before he would install a new water heater. Electrician came and confirmed there were no issues. Scheduled the plumber to come back, and they did not show up and did not call. It turns out they put the service request in without saying a word to us, making us waste an entire day waiting for them. When they finally received the water heater, we were scheduled for installation and the plumber did not show up, again without calling. Many unanswered phone calls later, we were told that we weren’t on the schedule and they had to reschedule us. We paid for the service. A different plumber called us another day we were scheduled for our service and said he would be coming later that day, but no one ever showed up. He was kind enough to return out phone call the next day, and told us that he was taken off the job. The first plumber that initially never showed up was put back on the service and again, did not show up or call. We asked to speak to the manager many times and were given excuses as to why she could not answer. We were also told she would call us back and she never did. Finally, the second plumber came back and was able to help resolve our problem. The work that we paid for did not need to be done and it took multiple phone calls to get our refund. We only continued working with this company because of our home insurance.
