I am very upset with this company. I told them over the phone that I have an undetectable leak and wanted to know how much would be to get it fixed. They told me they were going to send out a plumber and it would be a free estimate. When he got here before he even got started he said he needed $400. I advise him that I was told that it was a free estimate and he said the estimate is free but the detection is 400. I sent him on his way would not recommend this company have already talked to another plumber and it's going to be fixed. How can you say you're going to give a free estimate when you haven't even checked to see what's wrong and you want $400 up front

This is a wonderful company. Everyone we encountered has been helpful and professional. Jason and Connor did a great job in our home and were very neat, answered all our questions, and completed the job on time. We will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Justin was awesome! He arrived on time, he was super professional, and he did the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again just because he was so great. I highly recommend them.

Turner Plumbing did a complete re-plumb of my house. Very pleased with their work and the time it took them to complete the job. I called them back to put in a new garbage disposal. I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors.

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

Gavin did a great job installing a tankless water heat, water softener and R/O system. Install was very clean and competitively priced. He also came out for another small plumbing job to replace my outdoor hose bibs. Very pleased with response on both small job and big jobs. Highly recommend!

American Pluming did a super job for my daughters clogged drain. They went way over the ordinary, to get old pipes working as new.... I have recommended them to several people, and they were just as happy as my daughter..... Thanx sooooo much... Eric

Do NOT use these people. They invent problems that don't exist. I could not believe how dishonest and unprofessional they were. RUN don't walk to find another reputable plumber!!
