Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.

I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.

Promised that he will install, but after removing the old one, they didn't know what they were doing, got lost. and we were charged for their unknown knowledge in installation. it was a joke.

Has a charge for an estimate. That should have been my 1st warning but I went ahead with the estimate. They later called and said they couldn't help me as the utility company here in Clay doesn't allow drip irrigation on recycled water. I identified myself as an Orange Park resident when I called and stated that I was looking into drip irrigation for the hedges/ground cover. I should have been told THEN that you couldn't do/didn't want the work not after I've paid for an estimate.I called Clay County Utility Authority, spoke with a manager and found that they did discourage putting drip irrigation on recycled water in the past due to possible drip emitter damage from contaminants in the water. This is no longer their policy and they fully support water conservation efforts by their customers.Thanks for the experience. I found companies that don't charge for estimates and are current on local utility company conservation efforts.Not recommended.5/17/18P.S. Just saw owner's response, too funny. If you have no idea who I am, you need to return that fee charged to my credit card on 4/26/18.

Amazing service that was at my door within 13 minutes of initially calling. Rob had our kitchen Drain unclogged within 20 minutes and couldn’t be happier. Will only use this company moving forward and thank you so much for saving our day! Especially considering they were closing at 4pm, and was at my door by 3:35pm. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They have been dispatched by my warranty company twice. The first time for a leaking pipe behind my dishwasher. the tech cut out my drywall only to say he couldn't fix the problem. No other solution just an I don't know what to tell you. I still have exposed pipes in my dining room, with no solution other than paying someone else to fix the drywall. Had to take care of the leak on my own.Now I have a leaking toilet. First appointment was missed with a window of 12pm-5pm. No one answers the phone and I get a text from the tech at 7pm (2 hours after the window) to say they need to reschedule. NEVER could I get ahold of anyone to reschedule. Today (one week later) I get a text the tech is on the way at 1:49pm. According to the dispatch tracker he also began work at 1:49pm. I wasn't even home! And no, he didn't show up because my daughter was home AND there was no activity on my security cameras. At 1:52pm the job was COMPLETED. Still they do not answer the phone and have reported to the warranty company the job is complete.This company is WORTHLESS!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
