Best Pipe Repair in Jacksonville FL

I setup an appointment to have work done at my home. I received an automated confirmation message the day prior and I confirm my appointment. The day of the appointment I end up calling near the end of the appointment window and they tell me that I called earlier in the day and cancelled the appointment. The representative said that I called from my cell phone and stated my name which is not true. She then asked if I wanted to speak with a supervisor at which point I told her that I would rather not do business with their company.

Called brand X first, that was a giant waste of time. Next call went to Everybody's Plumbing. Jerry, came out that day, found and fixed the problem that we were having with a clogged toilet in our master bathroom. He and his associate were very knowledgeable, highly efficient, and genuinely nice folks. I highly recommend using Everybody's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I had a busted pipe at the main pipe / spigot at my moms house. I called Oakley plumbing and they called me back and we’re able to schedule me in for late the next day, which I really appreciate because I had to turn the water off at the meter that was buried in the front yard. Keith was professional, courteous, on time and did a very good job....in the rain!! Reasonable rates. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend Oakley. Tyler came out to repair a break in our main water line on a Sunday afternoon. Being a car wash we are in dire need of our water so we were shut down during the repair. Tyler was extremely professional, hard-working and pleasant to interact with. He had to dig, break concrete, and work basically on his head to get the repair done and did it the entire time with a smile on his face and positive attitude. I cannot recommend this company enough. In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

I called for a septic drain issue that another company tried to fix. A friend recommended Terry Vereen plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and informative. They sent Joe and Max who found the leaks that the other company did not. The workmanship was so nice it was too bad we had to cover it up. They were very professional.
