I called Jerry and he came out same day to replace my hot water heater. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He also communicated everything clearly and did an outstanding job on the install. He's a cool guy, and even waited around after the install to confirm that my hot water was working again. If you have any plumbing issues, just call Jerry and be done with it. You will get quality service at a better price than the big name companies. Everybody's Plumbing gets my unreserved recommendation.

BEWARE, this is not a full service plumber, they may ask you to call around to get the price on needed parts! Our exterior propane tankless water heater stopped working. They sent a technician who didn't handle tankless, even though on the phone we told them it was tankless. However he looked inside and was able to ascertain that motherboard burnt out - an animal laid its eggs inside. I asked them for a price to replace the motherboard and a price to replace the hot water heater. I never received either. They actually told me to call the water heater company and ask for the price to buy the motherboard (like I would know which one). My phone is still not ringing with a quote on a new water heater either. I guess they don't really need or want new business. My suggestion is find someone who is hungrier and will therefore provide more responsive service. Good Luck.

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

Affordable Plumbing was very responsive to a plumbing issue in my basement. They quickly fixed the issue, cleaned up the area, and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!

I was charged $504 labor to fix two faucets, a dripping drain and push a reset button on a water heater. This took two days (wrong part ordered) and two crews of two plumbers each. They left considerable dirt wherever they worked, and under the sink they jumbled up all of the stuff stored there as if they had just thrown it back in. The policy of sending a different crew to fix the job not completed by the first crew is a poor one as the second crew really didn't know what was going on. This is not unique to Vereen, but still a poor way of doing things. Will not use them again.

Called Fenwick for an AC problem at 7:45am and by 9:30am it was fixed! Technician William Napier came out and was professional and courteous...did an excellent job! My AC is fixed and running again in record time!

Company never showed up

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Great customer service friendly people

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people
